Zoho Forms - Subform Integration with Zoho CRM?

I created a form in Zoho Forms that includes a sub-form for information that I want to integrate with the CONTACTS module. I am unable to find a way integrate/map the fields in the sub-form with the Contacts module in Zoho CRM. 

Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?  Or does this requires a special form developed in Zoho Creator? 

Pointers would be appreciated. 

In case it helps, my goal is to do the following. The form is a registration form for a scheduled tour. The user needs enter basic information about the tour they are interested in (Tour Name, Date, Number of People in Party). Then, using the sub-form, enter details about each person they want to register for the tour (e.g. a husband and a wife) - these are all fields created in the Contacts module. Examples

Name
Address
Email
Phone
Passport Number
Passport Expiration Date
Emergency Contact Information
Etc. 

We need to create individual contact records for each person in the party and will then associate them through either an account or a parent/child lookup.
