Had a few questions.  I've associated emails for all our users via Zoho Mail add on.  It correctly pulls the emails under some of the contacts, but not others.  

I can clearly see emails that have been sent but they simply do not show up.  I didn't know if there was some setting I was missing or something, odd that it would work some of the time only.

Also, I noticed there is no way to view emails from all users at once?  This looks like it was mentioned as a serious problem 5 years ago on some threads here, didn't know if it had been addressed.
