I set gmail integration with zoho mail and it worked properly on tests. But sice I started to work with it, I mentioned, that it sync. very slow or incorrect.

For expamle, I don't see mails from one of my customers for the past 6-7 days. So I thin mails are not uploading properly. 

What is it about and how can I solve this problem?
