It is great to see the work on the New Unified Customer Portal. Thanks for that. 

The number of applications is limited though. 

It is now only around the Zoho Books ecosystem (Books, Expense...) and Zoho Social. =

Are other applications planned ? 
If yes, which ones and when please (even approximatively) ?
We're interested in CRM, Desk, Workdrive, Projects. 

Other question : will it be possible to add a web page from an external application ? typically a Zoho form or a shared calendar for example ?
