Zoho People Mail going to Junk Folder

Zoho People Mail going to Junk Folder

I'm having a problem with Zoho People emails (time off requests, etc) going to our Junk Mail.

+includemail.zohopeople.comPass
I have an SPF record setup saying to include mail.zohopeople.com  but they are still going to Junk mail.     I am using Office 365 for mail. 

Hoping someone has figured this out before
