For example, the ability to forward our calls to other phone applications would be immensely helpful.  

Here is a simple example, I have a sales rep that is on the road.  He'd like zoho to ring, but if he is unable to pick up he'd like the call forwarded to his mobile phone.

This could simply be accomplished by another configuration option in addition to "busy message" and "voicemail" options.  Forward call to [enter url].

This would allow us to use application like, Twimlets ( https://www.twilio.com/labs/twimlets), to handle these cases adequately.  If there is another way to achieve this use case I'd love to know!
