I've downloaded and installed the app, followed all the install instructions, setting active x parameters etc.

When I attempt to log into the add-in in Word nothing happens.

The user is a super admin in Zoho

I am running Windows 7

IE 11

MS Word 2013 32 Bit

Any suggestions are most appreciated
