Zoho Projects Android and iOS app update: Mobile device permission based on user profiles

Hello everyone!

We have brought in support for mobile device permissions based on the user profiles which are configured in organization level. Administrators can now configure the permissions on the web app(projects.zoho.com) by following the steps mentioned below:
  1. Login to Zoho Projects web app(projects.zoho.com).
  2. Click on the gear icon(Settings).
  3. Select 'Manage Users'.
  4. Choose Profiles.
  5. Under the 'Others' section, select 'Mobile Device'.


Allow File Sharing: To restrict the option to share and download/save attachments or documents in the portal to any other app.

Open Files in Other Apps: To restrict opening the project files in other apps like Zoho Sheet, Zoho Writer, etc.

Allow Screenshot:  To allow/ restrict the user from capturing the app screen or recording.

Please update the app to the latest version directly from the App Store/ Play Store or using the link given below:
