Zoho Remote Support- how is it compared to GoToAssist?
I currently use GoToAssist. How does Zoho compare?
Does the client have to download any software? (My clients can barely check email, and they are doctors)
Is there a significant lag or buffer when in use?
What is the average upload/download speeds when transferring files?
