Zoho Sites: Can You Use An FTP Client (i.e. FileZilla) To Upload Website Files?

Can the Zoho Sites customer use an FTP Client to upload website files to Zoho Sites?

Not every Zoho Sites customer wants/needs to create a website from scratch.
I am looking for a quicker method to upload HTML/CSS/Images/Javascript files to Zoho Sites.

Just performed a quick test to upload a small website and this took quite a bit of time...here is a list of the website files that were attempted for upload:
-- 9 HTMLfiles/ 97.2KB (total)
-- 12 CSS files/ 81KB (total)
-- 15 Image files/ 3,00 MB (total)
-- 7 Javascript files 195KB (total)
