Zoho Sites in Zoho One - Site unpublished, account downgraded
Hello everyone,
I have a Zoho One subscription and I had a website published in Zoho Sites. I've had this site since a few months, more or less just as a test.
Since the Zoho One admin interface update, Zoho has unpublished my site without any prior notification and downgraded my account in Zoho Sites, demanding a paid subscription update.
I have contacted Zoho One support and this is their response:
With the current number of user licenses in Zoho One, you can have 2 websites linked to the Zoho One plan. The remaining websites must be upgraded separately by navigating to
sites.zoho.com/subscriptions
> Pay using regular subscription (or) Use Zoho One license on the websites that you want.
Once again, I have only one active website which is still unpublished and the case still open after more than 24 hours.
This is very unprofessional Zoho!
