ZOHO Survey Responses Not Syncing
Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with an issue I've been having. I've integrated a ZOHO Survey with the Contacts module in CRM and the responses sync over perfectly ONLY when the survey is sent using the ZOHO Survey section in a particular contact's record. If I hit the "Send Email" button on the same contact's record and send them a survey link that way the survey still works and records a response but it doesn't appear in that contact's record (the Survey section).
Is there something specific I need to include in the survey link url to get the response to sync when using the "Send Email" button and not the ZOHO Survey Section? Or is there something else I am missing?
