Zoho TeamInbox stuck / unusable – possible orphaned organization?

Hi all,


I’m running into an issue with Zoho TeamInbox under Zoho One Trial and wondering if anyone has seen this before.

We’re trying to set up a shared inbox for orders (orders@), but TeamInbox appears to be in a broken state:


• The app does not load properly  

• It behaves as if an existing org already exists  

• We can’t re-add or initialize TeamInbox  

• We’re seeing conflicting / expired org behavior  


It feels like there may be an “orphaned” TeamInbox organization tied to our zoho one account that’s blocking a clean setup.


We’ve tried:

• Removing/re-adding apps  

• Accessing via Zoho One and direct URLs  

• Different users  

No luck so far.


Has anyone run into this before?  

And more importantly — is there a way to fully reset TeamInbox on an account?
