We have a Intel NUC device running Ubuntu version 22.04.5 LTS. We installed Zohoassist unattended using the CLI commands. We are able to see the device on the Zoho assist portal. But the status of the device is hoping between Join and connect. Once we click connect, it says "starting remote support session" and then the screen goes grey. Please let us know what we can we check on the Ubuntu device to fix this issue.
