Can't create an email account because Zoho thinks it already exists
Hi! I'm trying to create the e-mail "guilherme@rabeloeribeiro.com.br" but it keep saying this account already exists. Well, it does not... What happened is that when i first entered Zoho, i typed this email at the Sign Up screen (i messed it up, i know)... Then i guess it got registered at Zoho databank and it tryed to send me an email there. Please, help! My client already made his business card.
Custom Mail URL Not Using HTTPS
Hi, I recently found that the custom mail URL is not supported using https certificate, and i would be glad if that option can be enabled wheather we can purchase ssl cert(bring our own cert) or we can upgrade to paid customer to use this feature.. Hello, Same problem as others have had. I had an old domain, and set up an email address with that old domain. I got a new domain, and deleted the old domain from zoho. But, the old email address remains as an alias. This is even worse because the old alias appears to be default (even though it is not primary).
