Unable to send mail using smtp
Hi, We are not able to send emails using SMTP settings provided by Zoho help page in our wordpress website. We tried with SSL/TLS but none of them are working. CardDav Server Error 500. Can NOT add/edit contacts in CardDav.
My CardDav client is consistently getting an Error / Status 500 when attempting to add/edit contacts. I am able to successfully create contacts in my client from Zoho Mail contacts list (load into the client the contacts from Zoho); however, I am not able to add contacts from my client, and I am not able to edit contacts from my client and have those additions and/or edits synchronize to Zoho.. For the last couple hours, messages that have just come into my zoho mail account are disappearing from view. In some cases, I have opened and read them, but when I return they are gone; in others, my inbox indicates that there is new mail, but I cannot see any new messages. They do not come up in any folders or under any labels, or when I view all messages, but they do come up when I open my inbox in outlook. (I usually use zoho online on my Mac laptop.) They do come up - as "undisclosed" recipients

Hi, We've migrated all our mail accounts with IMAP folder hierarchy to Zoho few days ago using the migrate option in zoho admin control panel. Using the iOS Zoho Mail app, we can see all IMAP folders and messages within, with no issues. in iOS mail app, we had to change the IMAP folder prefix to / to be able to download the folder and see all.
