Remove users IP from Header when sending password authenticated emails using zoho SMTP
To Zoho Support I notice in this thread https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/sender1-zohomail-com-blocked-using-barracuda-reputation that Sivaprasad has indicated that a users IP address that is in a BL in sending an email through the zoho server is considered as from a BL by Barracuda. This is evidently due to zoho retaining the users IP in the header. Hi there! i have made a Zoho mail and I am able to send email from Zoho and they are successfully sent but on the other hand, I am not able to receive mail in the inbox of Zoho mail. I know the problem. I did not add MX record and SPF record. Can i get these again from Zoho and add them to my Cloudflare so that my Zoho mail start working properly? mailchimp verify domain not working
Hello I'm trying to verify my domain at mailchimp and it dont work. daddyz.co.il I dont get any email to my zoho account. I tried lower firewall setting at zoho. adding mailchimp email and domain to white-list. sending to different aliases. spf and dkim working good. I get email from other places with no problem. I send emails with no problem. Please help

All Pop mail accounts not connecting for last few hours
Hi, I noticed emails stopped arriving a few hours ago. I've checked in mail settings and all the Pop accounts are showing 'Connection Refused' or 'Connection Timeout'. I already upgrade my account to Mail Lite from the free version because I had the need to manage more than one domain with some emails accounts. There is not info in the upgrade plan about the amount of domains or users limitation, it's only that each time that I need a new user I have to upgrade my plan, until here it's fine for me and here comes my question. Zoho is not able to read DKIM from AWS.
I'm only missing the DKIM validation to configure a new domain in Zoho Admin. I'm copying and pasting the key, but AWS adds some "" at the start and end of the key, and I think that's why zoho is not able to recognize it. Still getting this error when I login to my control panel but I have contated my web hosting provider and they have already updated the MX Records and verified that it is already pointed to Zoho Mail.
