Mail Box Disabled
Hi, 1 mail box got "MAIL BOX DISABLED" status since 4 days, The reason was that there were 7 users and 5 Licenses (as per some automated email I got from Zoho) I deleted 2 users and contacted Zoho mail support several times and got no reply Anyone could help or suggest what to do !

I can't setup the SPF im my account. I use WIX.com as host and I followed the steps that I found in the Forum. Click here to sign in to your Wix account. Hover over the user panel at the top right and click Domains. Click the expand arrow next to the relevant domain. Click the Advanced tab. Click Edit DNS. Scroll down to the TXT (Text) section. All incoming emails going to Spam

Hi, Im using a no-reply email address to deliver mails to reset user's passwords and other stuff which logically doesn't accept incoming mails, recently, my application grow a little more and my outgoing mails were blocked. I unblocked it by clicking the link in the mail zoho sent but Im afraid that this will happen again. Is there any way to avoid this? or is a different service there for this task? Thank you all.
My organisation has no super admin
I've been trying to undertake a migration from Docs to Workdrive, and I have just found out that I have no Super Admin! I know which one I named it as, but now all I have is one 'admin' and one 'user'. I've been going through problems with Zoho almost since the day I started using it, and I am getting to the point where I am going to leave and go to Google. Just recently, whenever I try to open a zoho email account on my iphone, it opens using a gmail account! I don't want gmail or google anywhere near my private zoho account! How can I stop this? Problem with image in signature block
I saw this raised on the forum and yet it appears to still be an issue after 7 YEARS!!!!! I insert my company logo, rescale it to look ok and appears ok, but when i see emails coming back the logo is HUGE - I mean covering more than the email page width...really not professional and now i'm 50/50 switch to another email solution as can't have this - signature looks awful. Hi, I tried to verify my mobile with the SMS code. But faced a problem. I received an 11 digit code. When I entered that code, it said "wrong". Then I tried with the first 7 digits, but it said nothing. When I tried to resend the code, it said to try later (maximum attempt happened).
