Hello, Previously I had a self-hosted email server, then I moved to zoho mail, because I liked it. After creating and verifying the account with DNS. I was adding more users. But when I was adding rahul.bhattacharya@risklatte.com it was saying that the invitation is already sent with red background and the user was not added. I don't know what's happening. GMail not able to access Zoho poppro.zoho.com
I have setup POP3 access in my Zoho mail account to be pulled from GMail. Today, GMail is unable to pull from the POP servers on Zoho and this is the error message: "Server returned error "Bad msg size: 4 -1". This was previously working but now nothing is coming through. emails sent to group email adress were not forwardet to the only existing member account
Everything (I thought) was setup correctly. The group email was set up to receive emails and there was one member in it to receive them. However, after not receiving a email confirmation I double checked and it turned out the member was marked as inactive (with a grey button). WHenever I click on the button, the button turned green but as soon as I leave the page, it would turn back to grey (inactive). Now by accident I turned the group into a stream without knowing that I cannot reverse it. First

As of approx. 8 am EST today, I'm not able to forward email due to this reason: Mail forward failure - Your IP Address 136.143.188.73 is blacklisted for spamming The IP address is a ZOHO mail address. Mail forwarding was disablled due to repeat mail forward failures. I tried re-enabling it, but still get mail forward failure notice. Anyone else having this issue/any idea when it will be resolved? Hi, I updated my MX record on my host about 1-2 hours ago. It looks fine when checking MX as you can see in the picture but in reality, it isn't since nobody could send me an email without having "Address not found" error. I have SAML SSO setup for my organization, but whenever a user clicks the "Sign Out" button in their email inbox, it takes them to the Zoho logout page instead of the logout page specified in the SAML settings. hi I have just signed up for this email service as my last host had deliverability issues. We as a business send out weekly invoices to 120+ customers every Thursday evening. We set a delay of 4 seconds from every email and we got blocked. This has caused us major issues. Failed to send mail
I am having trouble with one of my accounts in the Android mail app. Whenever I try to send an email I get a notification saying "syncing mail" then a notification "failed to send mail". The message doesn't show in the outbox, if I tap the notification it loads the compose message page, with my message loaded. I am able to download and read messages from that account and I am able to send mail via the account from a web browser, and I am able to send messages from the app using a different account.

E-mail Sorting option
It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field or "Subject" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date.

Hello! From the mobile app in the spam folder is the little circle with the line through it icon in the middle bottom. Hello, I manage an email that receives forwarded email from different users within the same domain. I have this setting set up to manage the different projects and to minimize the number of streams and forwarded emails. This set up is very useful in my role, however, I find myself removing duplicate threads. Emails with the same subject line and content but with sent to addresses. I wouldn't mind having the separate email but I would rather have them under the same thread. What setting can I change
