I'm unable to insert my email templates
A day ago it was working to click the "Insert HTML" button to load my email templates. Today when I was trying to insert my email template via the "insert HTM" button when I click the "insert" button after the template doesn't load and it says, "[object HTMLBodyElement]". Why isn't it showing my email template as it did before. Someone please help me as this is urgent I need these emails to work for communicating with my customers. Thanks in advance.

Configurable Trash auto-deletion
Hello Zoho Team, Would like to propose a configurable auto-deletion of trash, including an option to disable auto-deletion all together. Many providers impose this kind of funcionality and I find it very to me. IMAP login / sessions history not available
Typically I'm unable to know where are users connecting from when using IMAP. If they login on the Web then it's visible on Device Sign-Ins, Active Sessions, Activity History, etc. This is a big security limitation. Is it a temporary problem? In the same field, Application-Specific Passwords show the creation date but don't show the last login time/agent header/ip address. For security review and revocation they are not so useful.

Mail API endpoints: download attachment, unread count, read count, views
I am integrating zoho mail into my application. I can't find a good way to see unread email count. I don't want to write my application to potentially loop hundreds or thousands of emails to count the amount of status unread. I also need to be able to download attachments in my app. All I see is how to get attachment information. But no way to retrieve the attachment. Last, is there any way to see views with the API?

Can't add user to Zoho Mail becuase it's trying to send invite
I am trying to add a new user to Zoho Mail from the control panel with an email address such as person@mydomain.com, but every time I enter the name, email, and password, and click "Ok" it says the user has been invited, instead of just adding them. Emails not deleting when using IMAP
Hi, So I was originally having some problems that others were experiencing with enabling on IMAP (you guys might want to look into that). Can I add POP3 accounts with a free account?
I just created a new free personal account and I've been unable to add POP3 external accounts. I've tried three different ones and each time I get "unable to connect to server. check your server details". Before I request help troubleshooting this, I just want to know: can I do this with my free account? I never saw anything saying I couldn't, but I'm sure I've entered everything correctly.

Problem in using Exchange active sync to pull down emails
I am the admin of megatrend-ltd.com. I am using zoho recently. After I have migrated our email to zoho, I have used the Exchange active sync to pull down Emails to local clients. The mailbox has data sync to around december of 2015 and then it stops. I can't pull down old emails.But I can see it though web interface. It is a great problem as some of my users need to check old email frequently. Is that a bug of zoho or is it a feature of it?
