Hello Zoho Community, hope you are all safe during these hard times we are living :) I'm opening this thread to check a question related to email alias. Is is possible to create an alias that works for multiple accounts? Let me explain: for example, may I create an alias named market@mydomain.com.br that when an email arrives, it automatically fowards to 3 or 4 members of my organization? I've already tried to create a group to do it, but i've noticed that the group does not work when the email
Cannot resume failed email migration
I tried to migrate my emails from gmail into zoho which failed due to space issues. I have deleted a lot of emails from gmail and now wish to resume migration, I click resume and get a message "Migration failed to resume". So I though I would delete the migration and try again, but selecting the user and choosing delete I get a message "User not allowed to delete in this state" - the status is suspended. So I cannot get out of this now, cannot resume and cannot delete it. Any ideas how I can start

Can' send/receove emails over 3G/4G (mobile network)
I have a curious problem: Whenever I'm not connected to Wifi, I cannot send/receive emails from my Zoho account. Other accounts from different providers work and general data/internet works as normal. As soon as I connect to Wifi, it works again. It just keeps saying "Checking for Mail..." and eventually times out. iPhone 11 Pro Apple Mail and Zoho iOS Mail app Mobile network: Three UK Mobile data is turned on and any other relevant settings are set correctly. Hi! So I moved a clients domain from one provider to another. Everything is working as it should, no problems. However, due to a screwup by Godaddy (old provider) the transfer took 10 days. My client is missing all her emails she was expecting during the transfer. Is there a way to retrieve the emails sent between May 8th and May 18th?

Let users decide whether they want sender's display name or not
When we receave a message, Zoho won't show the sender's display name. After I respond, then Zoho will show their display name on the inbox folder, but the contact was already created without the name. For instance, if I receive a message from someone whose e-mail address is "contact@company.com" and their display name is "John Lennon", the contact will be created like this: - Name: contact - E-mail address: contact@company.com So later when I want to send them a message, I have to REMEMBER the e-mail

Attachments sent in Zoho mail is corrupted
Hello, I am facing this issue for a few months now, any attachments i send out from my Zoho mailbox (excel, word, image)gets corrupted. I am not able to view it from my sent email. Ruler option
Outlook has 1 feature related to Ruler. If you want to draft a new email, you can use this feature (it is the same feature which is also available on MS Word and Zoho writer). By using this feature, the email drafting improves and paragraph formatting (especially when you want to use multiple bullets with paragraphs) becomes very easy and clean. I haven't found this feature in Zoho Mail. Can you please let me know if this feature is available or not? Regards, Amit

Webmail not loading
Hello everyone. It's been a while (almost a month) that I can't access the Zoho Mail through the webmail app (only through the iPhone app). And this is happening in different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Brave). The system keeps in the "loading" page and doesn't access any mailbox. Any clue? Thanks a lot.

Hi I have an Zoho business email which is: theicejungle@theicejungle.com and I really need it to start working. The only thing I can do is send emails but I haven´t gotten any back so I´m not receiving any and it has been like since I started and I really need help making it work. MX records inputted correctly in Google Cloud DNS but still not working on Zolo

Some calendar invites dont show accept button in Zoho mail
Hi, This is becoming a big issue for me and stopping me using zoho mail. for some calendar invites I'm sent from customers, I don't have any button or anything to ACCEPT the invite and have it added to Zoho calendar. if I open the same email in outlook or gmail, it shows the accept button just fine but then it only adds it to gmail calendar which then has no way of adding the same event to zoho calendar. this is a huge problem for me so what's the fix for it ? it means I can't use one email platform

The PDF cannot be downloaded or opened.
Unfortunately, as of this morning, we can neither download nor illuminate any PDF attachment. Interestingly enough, if we pass the message with the attachment to another mailbox, the attachment is visible. When you try to display the file on a card in your inbox, a message is displayed: An error occurred while opening this file. Kindly download and view it.

Over the last week or so I often seem to get warning messages from Zoho when I log into mail saying "We have detected a new device sign-in to your Zoho account associated with name@domain.com on Wednesday, May 15 2019 09:02:21 PM BST. Mail Outgoing Blocked
I am unable to send emails using my email address info at winsomeflora.com and the message I get is Your account info {at} winsomeflora.com has been blocked due to security reasons. I logged into my Control Panel for the domain and see that 'Outgoing' is flagged as 'Off'. When I try to enable it, it says 'Operation permitted for paid users only' Can somebody please tell me what is the reason for this issue and how can my outgoing be unblocked? Thanks,
