SPF Verfication
I keep getting notification that the SPF Records need to be verified for bicycleworks.ca. When trying to verify I get an error. We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again. Migration failure - Server unreachable
Hi, I'm attempting to run an IMAP migration from my previous provider, but I'm consistently running into a "Server unreachable" error message. I set up a migration last night, but left it while waiting for my MX records to be updated. I returned tonight and attempted to add the account to be migrated, but received an error message on several occasions. Schedule office assets like meeting rooms, projector
Hello team, I would like to be able to schedule office assets for meetings, together with participants. E.g. I scheduled a meeting on monday and I would like to say that I will be using the proyector. It will then be shown as "Busy" for that time. This way, the other users will not try to book this asset for the same time. Another usage of this is for meeting rooms. This feature exists in Exchange server if I am not wrong as "Ressources". Hi, I use zoho email for my domain name email account that is set up on the DNS of my domain name provider. Not on my website's hosting server. I had to change my hosting provider a few weeks ago, and I remade the settings for my zoho account I realized though that after changing the hosting company my zoho domain name account that is still set up on the DNS with the new settings, is rejected or marked as anauthorized from some servers. Hi, I tried to send email from zoho to any other email account, the email is successfully sent. But, when I try to send email from gmail to zoho, it says email address not found. Please let me know the solution to fix it. I've also cheched the MX record and it's correctly pointed to zoho server.

Not able to set up zoho email for domain registered with godaddy and hosted on AWS
I have domain registered with Godaddy.com and I have hosted it on AWS S3. I registered for Zoho mail to use 10 free email ids that I can use. I have created 2 email accounts on zoho. I am able to send mails from these but I am not able to receive mails on these accounts. I have changed the MX records at godaddy yesterday, but still not able to recieve the mails. Can't access desktop soho mail
In the process of signing up for Zoho. Have set up the DNS settings etc. When I click on the mail icon on my iMac all I get back is this [0,{"st":"Page not found"}] Have I done anything wrong? The other icons return ok and I can access, send and receive mail on the iOS app

iphone pop failing
Giving Zoho a test drive. moved my test domain to zoho. Pop access in outlook works fine. Pop settings on Iphone verify when set, but when i actually check the mail, it fails, saying poppro.zoho.com is not responding. the settings app verifies everything is correct before it lets you exit, so have no clue why checking email is failing on iphone.
Zoho Mail - Desktop: Tiny window, cannot be resized
After logging into Zoho Mail - Desktop (which rarely works), it shows up in a tiny window which I cannot resize. This way it cannot be used (see screenshot).
IMAP access blocked due to suspicious sign in activity - unable to unblock
My imap access has been blocked to the account ben@reposecreative.co.uk due to suspicious signing activity. This is a false positive because I used a VPN and zoho can't cope with my IP address changing. When I try to unblock it in the admin panel I get an 'oops, something went wrong' error. Please unblock my account so that I can access it via IMAP. I emailed in about this nearly 72 hours ago and have not yet had any response. Please unblock the IMAP access, this is hurting my business. Can not access Archived emails
Hi. I have searched through every drop down menu and the settings for archive and can see/find no way of viewing and retrieving archived emails. I have archived a couple of email in error and need to retrieve them. Getting them back appears to be almost impossible or hidden away somewhere obscure, don't understand why this would be and can anyone help with this. I have gone through the help section but it refers to a VIEW ARCHIVE which I dont appear to have, the screen shot on another post is outdated
Zoho Mail Not working with Wordpress
I have been using zoho mail for my website (https://markedium.com). I couldn't able to get any mail from website and I also want to use different mail for different section like: contact, submission, registration etc. Is there any way to integrate / use all the email for different purpose. Also Zoho Plugin for WordPress giving error. Check the screenshot kindly. Is there any way to use SMTP ports manually in wordpress to integrate Zoho mail with WordPress website.

Outlook stopped working with no change
I have not changed anything. It was working fine as of yesterday and all of a sudden started giving me issue with authentication fail. After all I used the same password logging in online and posting this. Have been waiting on phone for help for last 45 minutes. It scuks.

We currently use Exchange for our Mail Accounts, and Outlook (local, not 365) for email. We are a small company of 15, but absolutely live in email exchange info with clients. Dear Zoho, None of my email accounts will work and keep showing MX and SPF errors. I have followed all instructions on several occasions and waited 24/48 hours. Winmail.dat in my mails
Hello. There are two mailing tools in our compane - Outlook & Zoho Mail. When I receive a mail from person with Outlook, an appointment inside is in Winmail.dat. But other recepients with Zoho receive appointment as it should be. What is the problem with my account? Thank you
ZOHO mail is very slow, and often timing out.
It seems that many people have the same problem. Some ZOHO staff have reported that the problem has been identified and solved. But at least for me it is still continuing.
