Redirect email alias
Hi, We have the option to set email redirect in Zoho Mail (Screenshot 120). The issue is that we don't have options for redirecting each email alias. When we set a transfer/redirected, does every email associated with the Email Account (both primary email and aliases) get transfered/redirected? We need an option to redirect specific email accounts (the primary, the alias, etc.) Looking forward to your comment on the situation.
Display name for sending email from a group
Hi, I'd like to change the from name for the various groups we send from. We have a board group called IAHA Board with an address of board@ithacaadulthockey.com. When we send from that address, it displays to the receiver as Board. I'd like it to say IAHA Board. I have another to set as well. Can you tell me where to set this? Thanks.
What are the limits of sending mails via SMTP?
Hello, Basically speaking I'm using zoho.com free account via SMTP at this moment for sending my application and board registration mails to new users. I'm wondering what are the exact limits and what happens to mails once limit is exceeded? Am I able to see how much mails are still allowed to send? Do Premium account have higher limits, etc? Email resetted and is no longer the same address
Hi! After removing an organization setup I had that was now defunct, everything seemed normal and I could continue using my email as usual that night. The next day, everything was refreshed. I had to go through the "Welcome to Zoho" screen and all my emails were gone and in their place, the welcome one. That would've been annoying but alright if my address also wasn't changed. Instead of @zoho.com, it is now @zohomail.com. Everything I use uses @zoho.com and attempts to send me emails to that, but
"Add User" is not available both in Zoho Mail and Zoho One admin app
Hi, I can't add new users in Zoho Mail, both inside the ZMail admin panel (screenshot 110) and the Zoho One panel (Screenshot 111). When I go directly on a user to add the Zoho Mail application, I can't find it. (Screenshot 112). The issue might be because Zoho Mail was open as a free plan before it switched to the Zoho One app. Now my subscription correctly shows Zoho One - 8 licenses ( Screenshot 113). Please help!

Links issue
I am using SMTP Pro to send messages from Magento. It was working fine but now all links are broken. At logs I can see that the messages are going with no problem, but when I get the message in my mail box, I get: <a href"https://domain.com"> <img height"20" width"200" src"https://domain"> all my "=" are missing. At log they are all ok and the type is text/html. Does anybody knows how to fix it?

Outlook on Android not saving Account info

Hi, you must have know that by using outlook, you can copy any email and you can paste into another email trail to give reference but here that capability not available in zoho. I know, zoho having capability to forward multiple email as a new email but I want to keep continue the email to respond with Inline email details with attachment on another email. Hi, some year ago I have set the Reply-to address in my free zmail account, but now I have to modify/delete it and I cannot find where and how. The setting disapeared from custom SMTP and in unfindable in every page of menu, and so I'm not able to remove "reply to" in composing email window. Can you help me?

Not receiving emails from logging devices.
Hello I am not able to receive emails from my Netgear router that is set to send an access log once per day. The settings seem to be fine using port 587 or 465 and the router log states that the email was sent without error. Also this issue is the same with another program that sends an email when someone registers an account. Again, there are no errors when these emails are sent via this program either. I am assuming that this is the correct protocol. outgoing: smtp.zoho.com port: 587 or 465

My problem : I have a single account on Zoho Mail with 2 users (a main user and a second one). I have a Zoho application to send mail with zoho from my website. Depending of the user logged in my website, I want to send mail with appropriate zoho mail. Actually the users on my website correspond to zoho users, that's simple. Exchange Activesync Not Sending Emails
I've been having an issue since Tuesday where none of my Exchange connected devices can send emails (2 Apple IOS devices, and Outlook). It was all working fine until then. There aren't any error messages. I send the email, it acts like it was sent, and just never shows up in the sent items folder. Hello, If a spammer from the domain abc.com sends spam from different subdomains of abc.com, I should be able to block that entire domain and not have to block each by subdomain. For example, blocking domain abc.com does not block viagra.abc.com or pills.abc.com. I have to enter each one individually. Constantly signed out of Zoho in Outlook
I have all my emails tied into Outlook, with Zoho being one, on my Computer and my Phone. My Zoho account is the only one that randomly gets a prompt to re-enter my password since it couldn't connect. This has happened a ridiculous amount of times on both my computer and phone. What makes this more annoying is I have to use app specific password, which means I either have to write down that random password (which pretty much negates the point of have security set up that way) or go onto my computer
