Hey, I'm able to successfully send the mails but when someone sends an email to above mail, this error shoots up: Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to ________________ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Please help me to fix the issue.

Can't add photos to contacts
I am using Zoho Mail with iOS devices, using imap for sync. When I try to upload a photo to a contact, it seems to stay there until the address book syncs, then the photo disappears. Why is this? Does this functionality not work?
Unable to verify DKIM
Hello, I've been trying to verify my DKIM since yesterday and even after waiting a whole day the website is still unable to verify it. When i click on verify in the control panel I get this message : ''We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again.'' Furthermore, when I try to check my key on https://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck I get the message : This is not a good DKIM key record.
All new incoming mail being marked with NONJUNK tag
Hi there, Recently (the last week or two), all new emails I receive are being labelled with a big yellow NONJUNK tag. I have deleted the Tag from the left hand pane a number of times, but it just keeps coming back and new mail keeps being tagged this way. I have scoured the settings for a way to stop this, but for the life of me I can't work out how to do it. Obviously I can just untag them all each time (or I can just delete the tag each time which wipes them), but I'm wondering why this is happening

Help defaulting my name email address
I am having an awful hassle with Zoho emails. I would like my email address hello@travelgurus.com.au to be my default email. I have set it to primary in my account. However, I also have travelgurus@zoho.com which I guess I set up accidentally (assuming it would be a cpanel login type address). When I go to the app on the desktop or my mobile, travelgurus@zoho.com keeps coming up and not hello@travelgurus.com.au I tried to delete the zoho email and received the error that a zoho email cannot be deleted!

Unable to download emails via imap on Android & Windows
All the apps I use they come back as incorrect password, whilst the password is correct. I am using outlook in Android and mail under Windows 10. The problem is on the server/zoho settings as I have not changed anything on my apps.

ZOHO Projects - Drag & Drop List Order
There does not appear to be a way to move around the projects when in list view. Why is this important? Because I also use ZOHO Mail which integrates with ZOHO Projects. I can create tasks from within Mail, but when you go to do that you are forced to sort through a jumbled list of project names. The way the projects appear in Mail is based on how they show in Projects. Currently all projects are ordered according to when they were created.
