No mail access on mobile devices any more
Hello, It seems that after the work you have done your servers, access via my mobile devices is no longer granted. I have my email on my laptop without issues, even installed on a separate computer the account without issues but my cell phone (android) and my tablet (android) do not allow me in and keep on repeating the question that i should check my email address. It started with the request to re-enter my password. I took the accounts off and reinstalled them, did not work. I cleared cache,
Paid for extra storage but my accounts are still blocked
I cannot receive emails or send emails. Emails are sent to me today, but I Will never know about it. I have purchased extra storage and my profile shows that I have only 20% of my storage Space used. But still I cannot unblock it. The only thing I can do is send an email to support. I get no answer. This is intolerable. Anyone any suggestions how I can get the attention of support?
THE MAIL SERVER IMAP.ZOHO.COM IS NOT RESPONDING - Only on my Wifi says this
My email was working fine till this morning when I found a message saying I have a New Sign-in to my Zoho account (Which was not mine) I change the password of the accounts involved BUT when I'm using my computer or Iphone over my WiFi I received the message of: THE MAIL SERVER IMAP.ZOHO.COM IS NOT RESPONDING...VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT ACCOUNT INFO IN MAIL SETTINGS. But if I use the data of my phone all works fine, except on WiFi I receive this message on my Laptop and Iphone.
'Unable to Verify Account or Password'
Hi, I recently opted in for the two factor authentication and in the process both my iphone and imac were unable to retrieve mail. Now, I know that's because I had to get a third party app but I don't want to do that so I have disabled the MFA. Problem: my imac still says 'unable to verify account or password' and my iphone can't retrieve mail. I have double checked the imap settings and password but just can't get it to work. HELP!!

Track emails being sent
Hello, Is there a way to track emails that are sent in Zoho Mail? I found this Google Chrome extensions https://zohomailtracker.com/. It works but I was wondering if there's anything else that we can use with the Zoho Mail app? Only the mails sent in the desktop are being tracked, but not those that are sent via the app. Hoping for answers!
Password changes on its own after some while
Hi, I have had this problem for a while now. Whenever I enter my password after a while I am told I entered an old password and requested to enter a new password. I have had to ask the IT consultant at the office to help reset password several times. Kindly advice on action to be taken. Thanks.

Contacts Showing as Email Address and Not Verified
Over the past week every email I receive from a Contact is coming across as just their full email address in my Inbox view and when I go to open it saying the sender is not verified. So I have to click the Trust the Sender button and the I Understand the Risk button even for people that I've clicked this way before. It's getting cumbersome. Is there something that changed that I missed to update?

MX Record not Found
I bought my domain through Zoho but I am hosting it through Hostinger.com. I am able to send and receive emails. I currently have the mx records set in the DNS records for Zoho and Hostinger. But when I do an MX record check, it says No MX record found for the domain. Is this something I need to fix?

No email incoming, 4.3.1 Temporary System Error
Last night (NZ Time) one of my users complained that IMAP stopped working, I moved them to Zoho App. Now today it is obvious that no emails have been coming to my own account since about 1AM this morning (NZ Time), I sent a test message from an external account and get a ... 4.3.1 Temporary System Error out of the mx.zoho.com.au server I went to the live chat support and it's not even working!

Sending mail between 2 different owned domain inside Zoho does not work.
I own 2 different domains, that I have validated in Zoho. I have no problem using any of my 2 domains when sending mails between the same owned domain addresses and between owned domain with any external domain. Example: Consider I own domains <company_name>.com and <company_name>.net. Sending mail from test.sender@<company_name>.com to test.reciever@<company_name>.com works fine, as well as sending mail between test.sender@<company_name>.com to any.reciever@<gmail or any other>.com and does work
Cannot receive emails Australia
Everything was working before today. Nothing changed on options or settings etc. All of sudden, we have no emails coming in, not even spams. We have tried sending emails, seems working. But still cannot receive any . Used gmail, hotmail and webpage to send emails, but none of them can be received. The only emails you can receive are the ones sent from the same email account, namely you send to yourself. Please address this issue asap before we move to business plan.

Conflicting Configuration
Below I will describe the problem that is hindering my company services, which I am using this Zoho Mail email: When sending an email, the sender is showing my name plus the email address. I wish that instead of being mailed with my name, it would be the name of the department. "External Images Not Loaded" message
Hello Is anyone else experiencing the new message on Zoho Mail which pops up every time you press "reply"? It's driving me absolutely crazy, and apparently there's no way to turn it off. I contacted Zoho support and they said it was an "enhancement" recently put in place. I can't believe that this has been set up with absolutely no way to disable it. Are there any other users out there having this experience? And have you managed to find a way to disable it?
