Can a report be generated based on Stream?
We use stream feature in ZMail heavily. We’re a small foreign trade company. Everyday I receive many emails from potential customers asking about pricing. I will go through them, and forward them to different sales guys, and @them in Stream, to assign the new leads to them. Can the tags associated with shared mails also been shared?
Hi, Our team is trying to hire a new team member recently. One day the boss asked how the recruiting is going on, so I filtered all the resume emails into a folder called "candidates", and called each of the candidates, and added a tag for each resume mail, such as “only wants to work part-time’, “says our office is too far away”, “not interested in product marketing and wants to be a PM”, etc. Then I shared this folder to boss, but all the tags disappeared. Is this designed like this? Or some bug
How can I migrate the folders from the inbox from an non active user tu an active user

How to View Tasks on Android Phone?
I want to start using Zoho Mail to keep track of my all my tasks but I can't find a way to view these tasks on the mobile site. I can only view my CRM tasks, but not all tasks. I want to use Zoho mail like I currently do Google - as a central place to organize my calendar, tasks, and email. With google I can also keep track on my phone. How can I do this with Zoho mail?

I am currently in the process of setting up my account but when i add the domain I keep getting the message "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance" What do I do?

Blocked Account due to International Travel

SPF softfail not in spam but Inbox
I regularly receive emails in my inbox while an SPF softfail is specified in the mail header. In the settings I have indicated that they must go to the Quarantaine folder. Why doesn't that happen? Special on these emails is that the sender uses my own email address. But softfail = softfail regardless of the sender. Example off such a email is attached

We have a domain by the name of www.flyyatri.com We can send emails but unable to recieve any, We have pointed SPF, DKIM records and have been verified. Mail contacts and CRM integration
I have, after a slight battle, loaded up Zoho mail and CRM. I was hoping that contacts created in mail would appear in the CRM, and some web help pages suggest this. Its not happening for me. Is this because it is not available for free versions or have I missed something in the settings? thanks
My email was deleted from Zoho please help to restore it
My Email associated to my Zoho account was accidentally deleted. That email was the administrator email linked to my domain, that was the same email I used to create my Zoho email. I am now unable to log in and add new users. Can someone help me get things working normal back again, I would appreciate any suggestions.
How to filter the Bcc emails
Dear All, In the Settings field I can create filters which redirect the emails to the folders which I want. If I want to redict the Bcc emails which I receive what should I select? Because the dropdown menu does not contain the Bcc. I think that I have to select 'To' but I am not sure.
Server action for POP3 "delete"
As a new user of Zoho mail I was surprised to find that there is no way to tell the server that when I delete mail from my Inbox (including Spam, if the option to present that to POP3 downloads is enabled) it doesn't actually get deleted from the server, just marked so that it is not presented to POP3 again as new mail. Zoho logs me out as soon as I log in successfully.
I am able to log in to zoho successfully. And it does show my home page. But within a second or two it logs me out automatically. So I am unable to check my emails.

Not able to Receive Auto Generated Emails

lost draft
I worked on a draft this morning that originated from a different computer, same account. I know it autosaved and I am constantly manually Saving. When my business partner went to work on it later this afternoon, the changes are not made on her laptop nor are they on mine. I am pretty sure this is the second time this has happened recently. Wrong name displaying in 'sender'
My emails are sending with first name only in the 'from' field - updating my full name and nickname under settings aren't making a difference. Can someone tell me where/ how to update it so my contacts see my first and last name when I email them?
