Switching my domain from godaddy to wordpress. Wordpress asking for a CNAME zbcode.
I bought a domain a couple years ago and got a zoho account to go with it. Recently, I've started a blog with wordpress and transferred my domain over to make it look more professional. During the transfer, wordpress asked for my CNAME zbcode to set up my zoho mail with them. Everything I've read for the zbcode deals with initial set up with a domain, which I did when I first bought my website. Hi guys, I am wondering what are the Pixels sizes for an insert image for a signature? I would like to make my own and are hoping I can create a template. I have a very annoying problem which is that my emails goes to the receiver junk mail. I am loosing my bussines because of that. I noticed when I send a test mail my client receives it but when I attach a file my email ends up in the junk. I really would like to help me regarding this matter.

Spam: Easy way to to say "not spam"?
Hi, Is there an easy way for me to simply click "not spam" for things that aren't? I'm aware that i can go in and manually identify domains and such as not spam - but a simple button which then asks how i want to whitelist it (i.e., but address, domain or whatever) would be SO much easier. My Spam control SPF verification settings are set to "Move to Quarantine" because I would like to catch the emails that are not really spam to be still deliver by hand. Hi, I am looking for the best solution to monitor a terminated employees account for awhile as suspected fraud is going on. I changed the password immediately but can they just reset it somehow? I chose the option Sign-out from all devices but did not choose the option for them to change the password at next login. Does this keep them out? Do I delete their account and use their email as an alias in the admin account so that we can receive their emails? Any suggestions would be appreciated. This

It would be good if there was the ability to set tags to be hidden from the tag list (below the folder list). For example, I'm currently selling a property and have a tag set up for such emails. Can't get pass Domain Setup/ Email Delivery
Hi, I have recently added a domain, verified it, and now I am stuck at Email Delivery. I have made the required changes to MX Record. I have a domain with bigrock.in, there were 3 record in MX tab which I deleted. I added the below records. @, mx.zoho.com, 10 (default TTL - 28800) @, mx.zoho.com, 20 (default TTL - 28800) When I press MX lookup it show the following records are available but status is marked with a red cross.
How do I create custom emails with a domain that is hosted on Google Domains?
I am so confused by Zoho mail. It looks like you can do the basic email connecting but when it comes to hosting/setting up custom emails I am at a lost. Both domains I own are on google domains but I would like Zoho to host the email portion with custom emails. Is this possible with Zoho?

All Attachments Sent through SMTP are Failing
For the last 2 days, no email with an attachment is processing successfully through the SMTP server. We have several Zoho accounts, and for any of them it is the same problem. I have one account that does not process through Zoho and through that account only can I send attachments. This is crippling a critical feature we depend on for using email. Please investigate what is going on. I can provide specific emails sent if need be.

I attend a number of webinars via Go To Webinar, but the .ics files will not import into my Zoho calendar (or calendar.zoho.com). An error message from the bottom of the screen immediately pops up saying Import Failed. Tried to attach file to this report, but that won't work either.

Hi, I changed my phone over to a Samsung. Tried various server settings as I couldn't remember how I did it on my old phone. Been trying for hours now. Followed protocol on zoho help pages and it keeps saying unverifed. My account was verified 2 years ago and imap is switched to on in my account. Help please. It's driving me nuts. Can you just give me the configuration for my account to input into my phone for IMAP? It's a domain name. Thank you in advance.
