User unfriendly interface
I still can't understand why you changed to this new email format as the user interface is so unfriendly. It was great before. For example, when I want to "reply", why do I have to hunt around the screen for a teeny tiny little arrow? There should be a big bold tab that clearly says REPLY. Not a tiny little flim flam of a crooked arrow. You have this huge screen to use after all. Why don't we make life better for each other when it is easily possible? Other than that I do not know what your goal
Email issues
Hi, I am having two issues with emails, the first one is that not all emails are being synced down to my mobile app and have to go to the web portal to view them some are spam but want them downloaded as some are false positives. Second I am not receiving all email and think there is a routing issue, the main ones I am noticing are password reset emails which are going missing, my email is not on any black lists and cant see any errors. Can anyone please help?
Super-admin quarantined spam page not working, gives an "Oops!" error
For the last day or two, the quarantined spam page on my super-admin control-panel shows "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later" either immediately on entry or after refreshing the page, and also doesn't show any spam messages (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my cache and cookies, using a different browser (Edge rather than Chrome), and even using a different PC, but nothing fixes it. I don't get very much quarantined spam (I reject most of it) so it's not a major
SMTP Error even with the correct settings.
Just talked this over with the wordpress tech support, they said everything is set-up correctly even the zoho settings(They checked the SMTP settings). adding continuous additional table
My question is that , suppose while sending mail I added some tables in my compose page .. Say 5 rows and 5 columns. I started to enter my data inside the tables. Later I need to add another few rows as a continuation of the existing tables. When I do like this , a gap occurs in between the newly inserted row and the previously inserted set of tables. ( check attached Picture for better understanding) . Question is how to get rid of gap ? Need the additional table as a continuation without any gap.

Removing a domain from Zoho Mail grey list
Hello there, Could you please check and remove the domain "x-pressfeeders.com.lk" from your grey list as one of my clients is not receiving emails sent from this domain? Not able to add new account
Trying to setup a new free Zoho mail account for a new domain. Getting stuck up during the registration process. Not able to proceed further, getting the following error message: The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region Not sure how to proceed further. Non working functions.
Two things:- 1. Try to reply to incoming emails but the 'reply' arrow and 'reply all' icons do not work, all the time. 2. The select field 'select all' appears to tick all boxes but then, the 'delete' button does not clear the selected emails.

Emails have disappeared from my inbox and sent folder
Hello When I logged into my Zoho account this morning I found that all messages in my inbox received after 24th July have disappeared. The same for messages in my sent folder. Messages in other folders, Notifications and Newsletters are not affected so far. I haven't deleted them. They are not in spam. They were there, then they weren't. Please can you restore them. New mail not showing in my inbox?
Why doesn't the new mail show up in my inbox. It seems I have to manually move any new mail to my inbox. Which defeats the purpose of having an inbox and makes it impossible to check mail using my mail app on laptop.

unblocking mail
I have deleted at least 2,000 emails with attachments and I am still blocked out of my account. Each time I refresh the mail, the same percentage used shows up. ZoHo isn't updating the deleted mail/trash percentage used on my account. I thought I saw a button on one of the pages that I can unblocked the account. Hi, I'd like to know how to automatically log conversation and create contact in Zoho CRM while replying to an email. I used to use Hubspot as a CRM before Zoho and one of the coolest features was to add your hubspot CRM BCC address into BCC field that would automatically create new contact and log the email conversation accordingly. I am expecting something similar or else no use to pay for the CRM.
Slow receiving mails!!!!
I need help, I zoho mail is too slow to receive emails, I´ve tried sending emails from gmail and otherto my zoho account and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 10hours to get the email.
