Hello, You guys do not provide IMAP option. You guys don't export in PST or OLM which is supported by Outlook. You have serious issues, for people who want to move away from Zoho Mail. I would not recommend you guys for such childish policies.

Olá! Estou com dificuldades em fazer a verificação do meu domínio. Ao chegar na Configuração de Entrega de emails (MX), Porém tenho um problema, pois nas configurações de DNS do cPanel não existe a opção "MX", existe apenas SRV (que é a de configuração de emails) como pode ver abaixo: E quando clico na opção SRV, as opções que aparecem são diferentes e todos os campos devem ser preenchidos. Podem me auxiliar a realizar a configuração? Aguardo um retorno. Obrigado.

2 Months have past since I am trying to configure email service without success. First with Google Suite, some emails were not received. After 1 month I changed the service with zoho. 3 Weeks after, the same problem. We don't receive some mails. DKIM and SPF registers are not recognized by zoho. Hi folks, I have 4 mail accounts set up within Zoho Mail. Every couple of days or so, I spot that 2 of them suddenly aren't showing any new incoming mail. When I check under Settings, I find that those two have the slider 'Enable / Disable the account' toggled over to disabled. I can re-enable them okay, and then they start working, but I have to keep doing this manually, every few days once I've spotted the problem, and it's quite disruptive. Hello, We have got enrollment into Zoho partner program. As per our requirement, all user's of our application will get an email address froZohoho which will be configured for their own domain and organization details. So, for every user registered with us, will have his/her own organization created and email addresses for the domain registered. As per Email API documentation, there are API to get Organization related information but there is no API mentioned to "Create a New Organization" in Documentation.

We are using an ecommerce website and they send the email on our behalf to customer. The customer can receive email notification (as per picture below), but we cannot on our end. I have checked the mail log and tried to save the domain in the white-list but the email still fails to be received (as per attached log). Pasted Image not being displayed in recipient
Hello! A coworker here is having a strange problem. When she past any image in the email to send, she get no confirmation mensage, and she see's the image in the body of the email. When she send the email, we can't see the image in the body of the email. If she goes to sends folder an see the email that she sended, the image is there. When i do the same thing on my email, i get a confirmation message when i paste. And when i send everybody receives the image normally. She is having this problem

Problem where Zoho was keeping documents from emails I deleted over three years ago. Why does Zoho keep all of our documents for 30 days after we delete the email? Is this a bug or you folks reading everyones materials?
