Host Not Reachable (Internal Emails and Mails from Other Domains)
We are able to send emails to other domains. But we are unable to send internal emails and also we are unable to receive incoming emails from other domains. On opening the que emails message in the Sent Folder we see there is an error with a reason "Host not reachable" We use NameCheap.com for DNS manager and we have the MX Records and the SPF Records in place in the DNS but thy are not getting verified. Can someone please help here?

Cannot verify my SPF records

Zoho in Android stuck, not scrolling to see upper portion
Anyone have a fix? Zoho on my Android tablet, just past few days will not allow me to get to the upper portion of the screen. It is the ONLY site I have trouble with. No other problem on internet sites with tablet, just Zoho. I can't scroll up to reach other folders or buttons, send, account, anything. I can scroll through some of the emails only. Attachment shows as high as it goes to top. I have tried logging off/on, closing the browser, turning off my tablet and restarting, clearing history, etc...
Filter and forward rule not working
Need help figuring out how an intended recipient can acknowledge this mail sent by Zoho. I setup a "filter", who's instruction is to "forward" mail to another e-mail address when it meets the condition of the filter. When doing so, I specify the recipient's e-mail address. CALENDAR TEMPLATES 5 AND 7 NOT SHOWING CURRENT DAY EVENTS
I'm using the calendar embedded on a website using an iframe. I just noticed that templates 5 and 7 are no longer displaying the current day's events. This has happened in the past and you have been able to fix it. sending emails with myBB
I'm trying to use a zoho mailbox to send emails via smtp from my myBB website tankfootball.com. I've entered all the neccessary settings, but when sending mail from it it, nothing happens and I get no error messages in system mail logs. however, if I enter the wrong mailbox password into my mail settings I get the "Authentication Failed" error as expected. settings I'm using: http://imgur.com/a/ZU1yG

Zoho One and IMAP?
I'm having some confusion as to what Zoho One is equivalent to for the apps that have different levels. I have Zoho One. When I try to enable IMAP in the mail app it tells me it's an extra cost option. However according to this document on the Zoho website it should be included. Which is it? Am I doing something wrong? We've not changed any passwords, no config settings have changed. However one person did login to your webmail interface, would this alter anything? Hi, I recently moved my mail accounts from my private mail server to Zoho and I am all in all pleased with this solution. I do, however, notice a significant increase in the amount of spam coming in (some of it to the spam folder). Then it occurred to me that this was due to the missing greylisting at zohomail. I guess that on my private mail server this removed around 90-95% of the incoming spam. I have no facts to back this up but this is a qualified guess... Actually I found it so effective that
