Hi Zoho support team, Today, all of a sudden, my Zoho account stopped redirecting emails to my gmail account. This means, Zoho was configured to redirect the emails I get there to my Gmail account. It had been working well but now I keep receiving messages from Mail Delivery Subsystem after I send an email. Also, when I go to 'accounts and imports' in Gmail, zoho mail is correctly selected as the predetermined email address. And then, when I go to 'edit information' and try to confirm my password,

How to add a filter to permanently delete an email?
I'm currently being spammed an email repeatedly which I have a filter on to "Delete email (trash)". However its still annoying me because its adding unread emails to my trash. Is there a way to add a filter to permanently delete emails so I don't ever need to see them again?

Hi my zoho mail is not receiving email notifications from my websites contact form. Its not my webhost (this message is received SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO......... 541 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain. Tests have been fine with GMail. Sending a new e-mail clears the inbox
Every time I send a new e-mail via outlook 2013 it clears completely the inbox in the outlook and webmail. It only happens when I write a new e-mail. No problem on answering a received e-mail. All the e-mails are in the ehxibition folder and I have to move them back to the inbox. How do i solve it?

Unable to login to Zoho Exchange Migration Wizard - "WEB_LOGIN_REQUIRED .Try Again"
I am trying to use the Zoho Exchange Migration Wizard to transfer my email, calenders etc from a .pst file to Zoho mail. However when I try to login in I get the error "WEB_LOGIN_REQUIRED .Try Again" and cannot get any further.

Mac user here. Other email clients offer the ability to use key commands to perform certain tasks. This is sorely incomplete in Zoho mail. For example, Command-N in most email clients creates a new email (if you're on the email screen) or a new calendar entry (if you're in Calendar screen). This would make Zoho Mail so much more complete.

Why does my email not refresh on its own?
I have created folders and rules to automate sorting of emails I receive. Too often, I have noticed that my main view (https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do) does not show me any indication of new email until I go to any particular folder and then all of a sudden the unread count shows up with all the new unread emails. Cannot use scrollbar in dictionary language selection menu
Hi, so for example, when composing a new mail and trying to change the dictionary language, scrolling with the mouse/touchpad works fine. But as soon as you try to scroll "manually" by clicking on the scrollbar in the language popup, the popup just closes again. Nothing usage-breaking, should still be fixed though! Contact form not sending email to the domain specific email setup using Zoho
I recently set up domain emails using Zoho in Godaddy DNS and the emails are working fine from one email account to another. Error 553 (Relaying disallowed)
I have been sending emails and getting replies to my email address. However, none of the replies can be seen in my inbox. Upon learning the reason for this I tried making an mx record entry on my domain host. Once I did that, when I sent email to my email address on zoho account from my gmail account, I got Error 553 Relaying disallowed. Need to resolve this urgently. Please help.

Multiple Users - Messages being marked as Unread after being read
Windows 10 Outlook 2016 We have multiple users that have this problem. Users will read email, it will be marked read in Outlook, these are messages in the Inbox, or in other folders, sorted manually or with rules. After a seemingly random amount of time the messages will be remarked as unread. All users are using IMAP connection.

Hi I had received an email that my storage is almost exceeding the limit, so i did archive the inbox ( all of it) and then i couldnot find any email! where did it disappear? how can i find it again? While your spam filter is excellent, I keep getting an a few in spam in French, and even one, as I recall, in German. I have no idea how thy got my Zoho address. Since I speak only English, messages in other languages are wasted on me. Even though those non-English messages are being caught by your spam filter, is there any way to block them completely?

After Linking my Office 365 email, ALL my emails come in as Unread
So I have linked my Office 365 email using POP3 connection, it's taken some time and my emails are all STILL linking after about 10 hours. HOWEVER, they are ALL coming in as UNREAD.
