Activesync on Outlook 2016 doesn't download messages with attachment size of more than 3mb
Hi There, I am using activesync on windows outlook 2016. Everything works fine except that outlook doesn't download/show the message received if the attachment size is more than 3mb. I can receive the message on android using activesync though. Please help!
After email migration, some emails are missing from my sent folder.
Hello, for one of our users, we have a gap in the sent folder. All sent email history is there until January of this year. After a particular date, no emails are included in the migration. Plus help!

Not able to send an email because of 553 Relaying disallowed, smtplib python3
Hello. I am writting a python3 code for sending emails and unfortunately faced a problem working with zoho mail. Mails from google and other services like yandex (russian company) running like a clockwork. The error driving me crazy last several hours is: smtplib.SMTPDataError: (553, b'Relaying disallowed as =?utf-8?q?r=2Ebyku=40genit=2Eorg?=@localhost'). I am not 100 percent sure whether it is a bug with zoho, however all my dreams are about you :) I am new to zoho and will appreciate any help!
Emails sending but cannot receive them.
Hello, I am tearing my hair out, as I cannot figure out why I cannot recieve emails with my account. From what I can see my MX codes are correct, I contacted squarespace and they told me it should be fine. Thought it might be the CNAME but I delved a bit further into it and I apparently do need one as I verified with TXT input? Really just at a loss, any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Emma

Unable to add domain to my control panel
I am receiving an error while trying to add a domain in control panel. This is the first time I am doing the setup and this is the first domain I'm adding here. E-mails in retry queue and spam folders
Hello, Recently I've noticed more and more emails are landing in retry queues and not seeming to send (with the green tick verification). My e-mails are also landing in spam folders of people i've had regular contact with, so this shouldn't be happening. Naturally for a business e-mail this is very frustrating. Hi. I tried to log into my mailbox today and I couldn't. First I thought I forgot the password, so I went to the reset page and upon filling in the form, a message appeared that the account is inactive. Mac Mail IMAP subfolders not syncing
I recently switched some email accounts from our own mail server to Zoho, and it was pretty straightforward. However, subfolders are not properly syncing in Mac Mail (v 12.2). By sub folders I mean like the following: Inbox - syncs fine Vegetables - syncs fine Carrots - Folder appears but is empty Peas - Folder appears but is empty Meat - syncs fine Beef - Folder appears but is empty Pork - Folder appears but is empty Chicken - Folder appears but is empty The IMAP path

Another Zoho One bug: webmail scrolling
The webmail interface doesn’t properly scroll a list of folders that exceeds the height of the viewport. Thus, for users with a lot of folders, they are unable to navigate to and select those folders. Im using Safari and Chrome on iPad.

On most email servers marking an email as 'archived' sends it to a specific folder on the server called 'archive'. In the Zoho implementation, apparently each individual folder has a hidden 'archive'.
