Cannot send mail from external application using Zoho mail account
Hello, I am trying to send mail from an external application (Bugzilla) using a Zoho mail account and using SMTP settings as follows - SMTP server - smtp.zoho.com Port - 465 user name - full email address Connection Security - SSL/TLS I get following error - Server error:Expecting code :'221' but server responds with:'21 mx.zohomail.com closing connection' I am able to configure Outlook successfully using the same account. Hello, I have this contact us form that let's users send me mails when they successfully submit the forms and i did a test myself but for some reason the I didn't recive any email when i submit my form I don't know why my dns is correct everything on zoho setting is set correctly and even my contact us code without any problems so why am not getting any essages when i submit the contact us this is my domain name ovongames.com and thanks for the help.

Problem setting up DKIM in zoho mail using godaddy
Hi I have tried setting up DKIM The 3rd party validity link checks out OK. I created a type "TXT" entry in my DNS Management in GoDaddy using a "Name" field of <selector>._domainkey and pasting the full text of the key in the "Value" field in GoDaddy However when I press the "Verify" button in Zoho Mail the following message returns...."We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now...." Timeout connecting to SMTP server
Hello, currently I can't send any e-mails via Thunderbird over smtp.zoho.com, there's always a server timeout. Until now the settings have worked fine. I've changed the port from 465 to 587 and back with no success. I also can't ping smtp.zoho.com. Receiving mails on the other hand works. Regards, Christian Schmidt

I configured my 'Vacation reply last' week and noticed that it's not responding to incoming e-mails. Configured it again today and tested it out by sending mails with different e-mail accounts and it's still not working. I have used it in the past and never had problems with it. Can you please look at the problem. I also noticed that the 'dd/MM/YYYY' for some reason changes to 'MM/dd/YYYY'. Perhaps this causes the problem at hand.

Hello, I got a notice that a user in my domain was blocked for sending Spam. This is a personal domain and is not tied to any business. I sent an email at 21:09 Thursday and the recipients keep receiving it every half an hour. My sent box confirms this. How can I stop this before they kill me?
