A few hours mail does not work through imap. Klien Thunderbird. Mail on personal domain. imappro.zoho.eu. Through the browser everything works! ((

Cannot Configure IMAP
Everytime I check my IMAP access in mail Settings, and reload the page the check mark is gone, So I am unable to configure my email in mail client.
Outgoing disabled
Dear Zoho Team Our email address reservation@mahaputrahospitality.com outgoing is disabled. I have tried to enable via mail admin control panel but the access is restricted. I looked at our sent item and found that there are some unrecognized sent items in it. I have charged the password so kindly activate our outgoing email again. Sincerely Surya
Filter Question: How to filter emails from forwarded account
Hello, I have an old business account from a different domain. It is now set as a forward to my new domain email account. I want to filter the items that I receive as a forward from the old account and automatically place in a folder. Each of those emails contains the "from" email address plus "via <olddomain.com>". I tried to filter by that "via" text, but it does not work. Any ideas how to filter those emails? Thank you, Byron

there is one user from 5 users in my admin not sending or receiving mails
i have 5 users in my admin all users sat up on outlook and sending mails and receiving mails from outlook and from mobile app TFA is off for all users only the user hr@chuckecheesejo.com is not sending or receiving and won't setup on outlook every time i enter the settings of this user by zoho admin app i found the incoming mail and outgoing mail is off , i turns on , go out the app and go again find it off all other users on the same app and account is on i use also when setup on outlook 2013

Changing how Forwarded/Reply message text is included
When doing a Reply or Forward from an email, Zoho correctly includes the contents of the previous email. However it indents it and adds a vertical blue line to the left. Is it possible to disable this feature and have the previous email included as-is with just a header noting From/To/Subject etc ? Thanks Daraius

How to display contacts as Last name, First name
Hi, How do I set the display of contacts to LastName first? In the app this is a simple click, and it works beautifully. On the desktop, I cannot find where to set this. In General Settings under Organisation Options, it will not let me change it, I always get the "Oops, something went wrong" error message (tried it in different browsers). Thanks.

Can't move emails from server to local folder (Apple Mail Mac OS Mojave)
HI, I have reached the limit of email storage for Zoho and am trying to move emails to a local folder on my app (I use the default Apple Mail program). The emails are moved ok from the archive to my locally created folder in Mail. But when I look at Zoho online, the emails are still showing in the archive. I'm set up on Mail via IMAP, all software is the latest. Can anyone help? Thank you.

It's already been requested. Do you really think that not providing that ability was a smart idea? The look and feel of a webmail interface -- the visual gateway into someone performing email tasks and being productive email-wise -- did your UI / Marketing people really think: "Hey, nobody needs a horizontal split. Need to restore email account
Hi, I discovered I had a Zoho account that wasn't linked to an email address, or at least I thought it wasn't and decided to delete it. However it's also deleted my friends account which I helped her to set up a number of years ago. I think somehow my account was linked to hers? I've tried to log into her email account and ask for password reset but it gives a message that the account is inactive. What is the process for restoring the account and her emails? Thanks

Sending emails - strange account icon picture
Hello Zoho community, I am facing an issue when I send emails to some gmail users. I have been alarmed that a strange picture is appearing on my account's profile picture after they receive my email. After i got notified about this problem I tested this myself and sent emails to friends personal gmail accounts and they confirmed the strange picture. None of the recipients I have sent an test email to has ever had contact with my account at Zoho and they still received the email with a strange picture
