Mailbox delivery failure policy error
Hello, I turned off an email forward account, paypal@fandomservices.com , but realized I did this too soon. I tured it back on, however this forward account is not working, yielding the following: 552 5.1.1 <paypal@fandomservices.com> Mailbox delivery failure policy error I successfully added a new forward address after turning it back on, however I still receive this message. Hi, I am on a subscription plan since couple of months. Many of our users are facing this peculiar problem. They are unable to reply to an email they have received. When they reply they get this "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :"Unknown User" and the mail bounces. Any idea why? I searched the forum/FAQ and I could not find anything relevant. Hi, For my email addresses it´s currently not possible to receive and send emails. Last emai that was successfully received was today 11/03-19 02:01 Seems like it stopped working for all the associated email-addresses. Can you please have a look at this asap? Thanks.

Latest Samsung Galaxy email app on Active Sync account does not open messages
With the lates email app update from Samsung Galaxy, my Active Sync account does not open messages. In the list view, messages are displayed something like: from address subject <meta/><meta content="initial... or from address subject <meta style = "box-sizing... When I open the message the download bar keeps on running but the message does not download displaying a blank screen only other account types e.g. IMAP or Exchange accounts does not have this issue Please assist

Delays on Send/Receive causing duplicates on IMAP
I seem to be getting delays on my users send receive using Outlook 2016. Which seems to be causing duplicate emails to be created. Example: Item comes to Inbox, rule sorts email to a folder, or it gets deleted. Another email shows up in the Inbox 1-5 minutes later. This could be repeated a few times. We noticed this issue starting around 2pm Central Time March 12th 2019.

I am so frustrated right now. We have personal email addresses that we have had for over 15 years. Our host had gotten so bad that I was having problems with emails bouncing etc and it only had 50 mb of space. So I paid to change my domain to wix but I do not need a website. Problem with SMTP and Thunderbird
Hello, I have problem with configuring SMTP for magento site. I am keep getting error like this in my inbox. INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table. I was thinking that is problem due to SMTP configuration. But when I try to logging in with Mozilla Thunderdbird I constantly getting that my Username or password is wrong. I triple checked all config. My MX record is verifed also. Greetings
User access problems
I hired a VA to help respond to emails I am receiving but she can't seem to access any of the emails in my inbox, and can't reply to emails I have forwarded to her. I am not sure what's going on. I have already given her access as an admin, and enabled all the available email applications (actie sync, IMAP access, etc). How can I fix this problem?

I notice that in my email merge, email aliases (I have one) appear together with my main email account for me to choose which account to be used to send mails. Group email account alias me (and a few others) appears in my Zoho Mail for me to choose, however, these group email account alias y do not appear in Zoho writer. Spam Control page not loading
I am unable to go into the Spam control option in my administration page. All other options load. When will this be available again?
Mail Admin "Spam Control" section is completely blank
On logging in to super-admin today to check my quarantined spam, the Spam Control section is completely blank, without even the top tab line for blacklist, whitelist, quarantine etc. (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my browser cache, and trying different browsers (Chrome, Edge and IE11, all on Windows 10) but the problem is still there. I'm not aware of any recent changes or updates to my PC (other than a Visual Studio 2017 update), and it was working fine a day or two

Hello there, Can I use Zoho mail along with GSuite on Free Plan? I already add MX records for GSuite and Zoho as well but Zoho said that the MX records are not pointed to Zoho. is that mean that I can't use GSuite with Zoho at the same time? Thank you.

Hello. A few moments ago I tried to send an email from my personal Zoho account, but it was rejected with the error "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked". This is an email account protected by two factor authentication, used and managed by myself only, and I seldom use it to send emails. However, I am concerned about this particular issue. I always give permission of edit to my office mates I always give permission to folder so that each file that is inside the folder got automatically permission but when they try to edit the file which is present in that folder it does not allow them to edit .
