The default recipient is wrongly the sender when reply Magento order confirmation email.
Hello, Our system is Magento version 2. When we reply an order confirmation email to contact the buyer, the default recipient in zoho mail is wrongly our own email address, which is supposed to be the buyer's email address. Every time, we have to manually change the recipient. It is really inconvenient. But when you reply an email from Contact Us form, the default recipient is correctly the visitor's email address. This issue does not exist in Gmail. Anyone know how to configure it? ----------------------------
"Outgoing disabled" for one of my user accounts.
Hello Zoho! A user under my domain [phillip(at)abboteng(dot)com(dot)ng] tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. The user also got an email stating that his user was blocked with "Reason :Mail Recipient count exceeds limit [Recipients=68]". How do I enable this user to send mails again? Invites from Zoho Calendar sent from wrong address
Hello! I signed up for Zoho Mail using a Gmail address (the one I now use to login to Zoho), and then I connected Zoho with a custom domain that I own. Mail is setup correctly so I can receive mail at an email address using that custom domain, and when I send email it appears as if it's coming from the custom domain. Hi, My website is made on WordPress and I use the CF7 plugin to create the contact form on the contact page. Whenever someone sends an inquiry the form submits successfully but I do not receive any emails on my ids (principal@footprintmontessori.in and info@footprintmontessori.in(> Any other id's that are in the to field receive the emails. I tried using the SMTP plugins (Easy WP SMTP and WP Mail SMTP) but both throw Authentication errors. Is there any setting that i am missing? Hosting : Godaddy

Our team is able to send emails, but we are unable to receive them. Furthermore, our attempts to send emails to the Zoho email address only results in error messages. Hello Zoho team, First of all, thank you for the excellent service, makes my life a lot easier. Second, here's an idea - could we get a simple and fast document viewer for MS office files? There is one for pdfs and images, why do we need to open docs and xlsxs in zoho docs built-in app? It takes ages to load - it is actually faster to download the files and open them in proprietary apps. Not very convenient. Thank you! Best, Jan

MX records and adding users
First problem - I added my mx records over a week ago and they still wont verify. They are correct. I have verified other domains, so I KNOW they are correct. What is the problem? Second problem - I am trying to add a new user email, but it is sending a verification. It didnt arrive on the phone, and I am creating the email, so it shouldn't be going to the email. I am a bit confused as to how I confirm the new email (and annoyed I have to do it if I have already verified the domain). Is it going
