He contacted customer service about this, and has followed all the steps given to him, including setting up two-party authorization, antivirus inspection, etc. As of this morning, he has not received any replies from you regarding unblocking his outgoing email. i don't know if his emails are going to your customer service spam folder (he's having to use a yahoo email account

Import / migrate Gmail email messages; How to avoid duplicates from Sent folder?
I have Gmail setup so that every conversation (group of email messages) is assigned ONE and ONLY ONE label. This helps me use the Apple Mail app as a normal IMAP client with Gmail, and avoid duplicate messages across folders. Cannot send email on Apple mail app
Got Zoho mail through a domain page on Wordpress Using Apple Mail on iPad to get Zoho mail. I have tried IMAP and POP and I can get my mail in, but I cannot send any mail out. Server doesn't recognize the email address. I'm using sntp.zoho.com. Thanks for any help. Sheila

I have checked the syntax of my SPF and DKIM DNS records on multiple different services... everything checks out OK... but I still get a large red question mark beside emails sent to gmail.com because they claim that the IP address I am sending my mail from is not permitted or denied by my DNS records. What gives? I just setup the DNS records 24 hours ago, but everything has fully propagated to all of the free online checkers I double-checked with... so surely google has the correct DNS settings

Hello, The email alex@eletricaprates.com.br is with POP probably blocked. When we try to access the email in OUTLOOK, it will ask for the password, even if it is correct. The email was blocked by space limit, we hired 30gb. But we're not getting access via Outlook.
How to view an invite in mobile mail
Hello, today I got an invite via email. On my phone I could not see any details and there was no option to add it to the calendar. Once I was in front of a computer, I opened the mail in a web browser, could see the details of the invite and there is a link to add the event to the calendar. That worked fine. I created a new email for my colleague and every time he sets it up on his Mac or iPhone and tries sending emails the email gets rejected by the server. I don't understand why that's happening as when I set up his email on my laptop it seems to be able to send and receive emails but not on his devices.

Loss of trash icon
When hovering over a message in Inbox, I no longer to see a trash icon for me to quickly delete the email. I know I can click to select the message then use the trash icon, but I found the quick trash icon much more convenient. Not sure whether this is a bug or a planned change. If the latter, i'd really like you to consider bringing it back.
