Hello, I just setup Zoho with my domain and I'm liking it so for. Although, Through some testing I've noticed that I'm not able to receive any emails. I can send emails without a problem. Except to @mail.com participants, for some reason my mails end up in the trash for them. I've tried sending mail to myself with (Hotmail, Gmail, Mail, & Yandex) without any success. All the email senders are whitelisted so they don't get marked by spam. I set everything up correctly and according to the 'Domain'
Some Incoming Emails Not Reaching Me (dmarc policy)
Hi I have been alerted recently that some emails are not getting through to me (and not in Spam folder). After some experimentation my wife replied using an aol.com account which failed to send. The technical reasons are below: Could anyone shed any light on this? My Domain is verified with Zoho and has DKIM and SPF authentication so I don't understand why AOL is blocking it (the same aol email account was able to send emails to another email account that I own on 1and1 without any authentication!).
How do I change Primary Email address?
I want to send emails directly from Zoho. I originally setup the account under my Gmail address. But I want to send emails from my business domain email address. When I try to edit my primary email address, however, I keep receiving the message: "Email ID already Exists" How do a change this???
E-mail forwarding randomly doesn't work
Hello, Randomly some e-mails are matching my forwarding filter criteria but are not being forwarded, I know they are matching because in the same rule first it forwards, then it moves to a specific folder and then it is marked as read. The e-mails are being moved and marked, but never reaches its destinations. This happens a lot, and makes me feel very uncomfortable and doubtful about the solution/feature, and this feature is the main reason that made me became a paid customer. You can see the filter

I sent 4 camapaigns to the group mail of my team (all in gmail) but noone received it. The preview and test email can find it ways but the official one can not? How can I fix it?

I'm struggling to set up emails on Zoho using our 'family' domain name held on Google Domains. Zoho help desk just gives one CNAME address, but google domains wants 2 to progress.. I'm at a lodd what to do.

Spam not in default folder on mail Os X
Hi everyone, My default spam folder (imap) is not synchronized with the online folder under Mail for Os X 10.9.5 (Mavericks) Send messages folder, markers and all others are ok, while only spam folder is not inside the default folder but is visible in the bottom folder as you can see in attachments where you find also my setting. It is not a real problem, but is annoying because some notifications remain on my dock, and I am obliged to check and open spam folder to solve manually the issue
Problems logging in to two separate email clients (Outlook and iPhone)
I have used Outlook and iPhone as my ZoHo email clients for several years now with rarely an issue...yesterday afternoon both clients started asking me for a password (which was NOT changed) to access my accounts. What is the problem. This is clearly a ZoHo issue and not a mail client issue since both clients started having problems at the same time. BTW, I can access my mail through the ZoHo web site just fine. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!
Unable to send from Zoho using Mailgun smtp...!
Hello, Everything seems apparently OK on Zoho side, and MX entries in Mailgun displays zoho values as it should ! But MAILGUN shows several values for the first “TXT“ entry (as set in my DNS records) and this prevents my domain to be verified, So that I would like to know if this may also prevent from sending mail from Zoho using Mailgun SMTP (details my question here below) : MAILGUN / TXT “current values“ on last DNS check : default value (SPF) : v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all value from zoho (TXT)

Trying to add domain to mail account gives error
I'm trying to add the domain "shiningconcept.co.uk" to my mail account, but I keep getting the following error: The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance. This may be happening because, when I first tried to set up my mail account using the domain name, the page froze, so I re-did the setup. Perhaps the domain name is now linked to some limbo account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can't access ZOHO mail in China
Dear Sir/Madam I live in Beijing China and I use ZOHO to access my e-mails on the web, it's been 3 to 4 days now I can't open ZOHO, neither dashboard nor mail nor contacts nor anything. for the past few days, I couldn't reply to some of my e-mails because it was set that ZOHO will fetch the e-mails and I couldn't open ZOHO. HAVING ISSUES CONNECTING TO ZOHO FROM CHINA
Having trouble logging to zoho from china. I am facing this problem from this morning; I am not sure if it has been partially blocked in China. Its a kind of intermittent. I have tried other browsers and another internet connection but it doesn't help. Can log in at times, but then it just times out. Hope the ZOHO Team will take steps to resolve the issue

Domain Verification / MX-records
Sorry to say, but the documentation is poor and or suggestive. for Verification: Tried to add a TXT record at my domain registrar but failed, then i learn i have to do at my webhost..? Then now the MX records, did it via the webhost, but also need to do via domain registrar. ? Same for DKIM / SPF ? To be sure do both, or makes it invalid then ?
What is the timeframe for email forwarding?
I have email forwarding setup in my account but it doesn't seem to be instant and in some cases seems to hang around for up to 30 minutes, is this normal? If so it's not a viable option really. I could cope with 5 minutes or so but no longer.

Logging into Zoho IMAP Failed
Hi, I'm using Outlook to login Zoho IMAP and it's failed, saying the username or password is incorrect. I've done: 1. Enable IMAP access for the account. 2. Disable TFA. 3. Follow the instruction for the IMAP setting: imappro.zoho.com, port 993, with SSL encryption. Please let me know what have I done wrong. This is taking too much of my time on this.
Problem with email notifications in Android cellphones
The last month me and my colleagues are facing an issue with the Zoho Mail application in our Android mobiles. We do not receive pop notifications that we have new emails. Only if we access the application we can check if we have something new. We have tried to reinstall the application but the problem still exists. Composing Window splitter above attachments is fixed height, not adjustable
When adding attachments to an email, the window becomes split, and the attachments appear in a very small separate window at the bottom, suitable for just a few attachments, depending upon your window resolution. If you add more than 4-6 attachments, a scroll bar appears, but the window splitter doesn't expand, nor can I adjust the window splitter manually. The attachment area is tiny, as is the scroll bar. Have you considered re-designing that function?
