Reason 554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked.
Why my account is completely blocked and I cannot unblock? I have sent 2 mails to support@zohomail.com already, but no response either my account became released. For my understanding it's absolutely not acceptable that mail which have sent to my email address seems are deleted by Zoho due to I cannot see them in my mailbox. Shy question: When will Zoho be able to unblock my mailbox and will take care that such xxxxshxx won't happened again???

Hi Support, We have recently configured one new mail server in-house under domain ekbana.info (mail.ekbana.com) its a Zimbra mail server, surprisingly all email send from ekbana.info lands on spam on zoho. Mails sent from php mail() not being recieved
Hi There My email liam@splatwebsolutions.co.uk will not receive any emails that are sent by the php mail() function. This is not specific to a server so please don't ask me for logs. Whenever I do a password reset on any site that uses the php mail() function even a class such as PHPMailer, the email is not received in either my main inbox or my spam mailbox. Do Zoho actively block these emails. I have only realised today after about 1 month, and this could be a major problem for me. Thanks

I am having a problem that I am sure is very typical: there is a lot of spam coming from a specific TLD, but there is also some legitimate correspondence with several domains under that same TLD. Hi, i have followed all the steps to add an MX record into my named server. and i tried using mxtoolbox.com to check if the value returned by the toolbox is mx.zoho.com. mx2.zoho.com. and mx3.zoho.com. and it is.. however, my MX record in my admin panel is still showing incorrect mx record and i am unable to send any email to my email address.
