How do I change my primary outgoing mailaddress?
I'm trying to get my emails to be sent in the format firstname.lastname@domain.com but have been unable to do so. I created all the useraccount with firstname@domain.com and added the firstname.lastname@domain.com as an alias and then changed it to be the primary address. It still shows firstname@domain.com as the sender for all the new emails I'm creating. I can of course choose firstname.lastname@domain.com in the dropdown list but I would like it to be the default. Unable to setup email link in Firefox
So I went to settings/system/mailto handler then “Click Here to make Zoho Mail as your default composer in this browser.” I close zoho, restart browser, open new tab, select File/email link, select Zmail. But the system will not let me open link. It does the same with Yahoo or Gmail as well. So the issue is with Firefox, just cant figure it out. Any recommendations?

Currently, I am using the free email. That one is used for professional and eCommerce (i.e. Amazon) roles. However, I would like to set up a 2nd Email for personal use (social media). I tried and it sign up said my phone number is used for my first account. Do I need to upgrade to have multiple emails to the same number. Hi, I first noticed this when using Thunderbird as my mail client for my Zoho mail, that when I replied to or forwarded an email, the icon next to the email would disappear almost straight away. I then did the same with my emails directly in Zoho Mail, and again, the icons don't seem to be working (they either don't change or disappear). This has meant having to check my sent folder to make sure that my emails have been sent. Any help would be appreciated!
