Hi, I am getting this code and have cleaned emails and still does not work and I can not email you to tell you about it please fix asap this is causing unjust delays in my emails

This will include the publishing of SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for the zoho.com domain subsequently in coming months. The reputation as a service provider and the reputation of the domain zoho.com gets affected when spoofed emails with @zoho.com email addresses are used

Getting this a lot. I can send to the email addresses from mail other than Zoho. Searching suggests this has happened before. I dont find all old emails...empty folders. i also dont' receive emails

Why won't my zoho mail SEND?
I don't understand. Once a month, like clockwork, I'll be logged in to Zoho. I just completed writing an email and then I click SEND and nothing happens. It's not my internet connection because I have gmail up on a different tab in my browser and it ALWAYS works. So, I click send and nothing happens. I try closing the email and then I save it as a draft. Then, I log out and reboot my computer. I open Zoho Mail back up, go to Drafts and try to send my email again and nothing happens. UGH!!!

Hi there, I am getting the following error message for emails I have attempted to send to gmail addresses as well as addresses on other sites (@matthewjohnsonphoto.com, @bomanistudios.com). Email Blocked after going over limit
I recently went over my storage limit for email and therefore had the address blocked. However, after some cleaning, I'm not at 98% and can't seem to get the address under the limit. I plan to continue cleaning, but thought by being under the limit it would no longer be blocked.

Hi, Last week I opened a new account on zoho.com. A day later I saw there is also an European version of zoho. I asked support for migrating my .com account to .eu, but that seems impossible. Support told me to open a European account with a different or sub domain. Today I opened a new account on zoho.eu, but having trouble verifying my phone number. It's not possible to use the same phonenumber I've used earlier for my zoho.com account.... So I tried my wives phonenumber, which gives this error:

MX records not updated
Hi, My domain is registered with GoDaddy and hosted on AWS. I added the MX entries as recommended, however the same does not seem to resolve the SMTP issue. I checked the same using mxtool as well. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Anant

I have been using Zoho mail just fine for about a year. I pull my mail to gmail and somehow I stopped getting pop email on Sep 22. If I go to zoho mail, I can still see those email that came it but pop mail is not downloading them. There was no indication there was a problem and I have not changed any setting. Please help.

For last week when accessing Zoho Mail with Chrome my Inbox has appeared to be nearly empty. It shows only the most recent individual mail or two, and none of the others that are also in there.
