API Returns Invalid Ticket
Hi there I am developing a site with php and want to be able to send emails with the Zoho Mail API. But whenever I make the CURL Request to "https://mail.zoho.com/api/accounts/123345344/messages" I get this answer back: "{"data":{"errorCode":"INVALID_TICKET","moreInfo":"Invalid ticket"},"status":{"code":400,"description":"Invalid Input"}}" I have curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array( 'authtoken'=>'myauthtoken' ) ); in the header. Basic membership
Hi, I am planning to upgrade my free trial to a paid one with Basic membership, I have couple of questions. 1- Under a basic membership, how many individual domains can I add? 2- I want to integrate my Zoho email ID into the Gmail inbox, would basic membership allow that? 3- Could I get a ZohoMail only plan for less number of domains? I only need to use ZohoMail and not the workplace itself, I am looking forward to the answers, cheers.

MX and SPF records not updating in email admin Cpanel
My domain is www.reanin.com I have updated my MX records to point towards zoho 48 hours back, but my email admin control panel still shows a message that the MX entries are incorrect and hence I am not receiving any messages. Multiple Primary Emails for One Contact
I have a situation where I run a youth team and I have parents entered as contacts, Id like to have the option to make 2+ emails primary on one contact so when I send out group emails it sends to all emails within the one contact and not just the one marked primary. DOes that make sense?
Mailbox limit exceeded
Hello after exceeding my mailbox limit I’ve deleted nearly everything in my mailbox but I’m still being told I’m using 90% - 4.5mb i can’t find anymore hidden mail. I’ve deleted sent items and deleted the deleted items. I’m at a loss as to how I can further reduce the size of the mailbox.

Hi I wish to create am email list, so i can put, say EmailList in the To: box, and it will send to about 50 email addresses i have associated with EmailList. I see Contacts can only have 5 email addresses. It seems i could make a Group, but as far as i can see i would have to invite the 50 people to join this group, which they might be suspicious of. And i am not clear if this would mean they could see the other addresses in the Group, and email to them, which would nt be appropriate. In Gmail

Spam from my own domain
I'm receiving an excessive amount of spam 1000+ messages a day. They are all supposedly coming from my domain name, but I'm the only user so I'm confident it's not the case. The emails are usually myname1@mydomain.com, myname2@mydomain.com etc etc. Zoho is doing a great job at filtering over 99% into my Spam folder, but I wondered if there was a way of permanently deleting any emails that come from my domain, except for known mailboxes. I only have about 6 addresses I actually use so could add this

Remove old account and phone number
I'm trying to set up my new domain email. My phone number isn't working as it was connected to an old @zoho account that I have already deleted. It still thinks it exists. Confirmation password is wrong
When trying to delete a group I need to enter my password. It does not work, I receive the error message "Confirmation password is wrong". I have logged out, logged in again with the SAME password, it works. I entered the password into Notepad first, copied it, it works for login, not for confirmation. I changed my account password, logged in with it, it works. If I use it as confirmation password, it does not work. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Custom domain - how to route one address directly to an external email destination
My DNS, MX, domain etc is all set up and working properly and email works. I want to redirect one email address on my domain to a non Zoho destination. This is normally easy to do at the DNS / Nameserver level but because Zoho is not running my nameservers I can't do it at in DNS. I have one user but four valid addresses at my domain. Catch-all is disabled. There's me@mydomain. com - zoho account name name2@mydomain. com - goes to me@mydomain. com name3@mydomain. com - goes to me@mydomain.

Hi, I just purchased the Zoho solution for email and I'd like to setup everything for my Shopify store. Unfortunately I encounter some troubles with the domain verification. I tried both CNAME Method and the TXT Method but neither work. Windows 10 Mail Client - Attachment download error
I am using ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail app. While the emails sync I keep getting the error "We couldn't download one or more of the attachments. Please try again later.". I have tried to delete the account, reset up the account and also have tried disabling and enabling mail sync. Nothing seems to be working.
