When I try to add a new user sometimes I get the "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region" error message. I've added a screenshot to explain better. Not being able to Receive Mail (Specifically from Gmail)
I'm using email hosting from zoho with my own purchased domain (www.aspiregarments.com). I can send emails from zoho, but not receiving emails. Actually, I'm not missing all the emails, but some are going through and some are not being sent. I use Zoho Email in my web browser with my monitor in portrait orientation. I have therefore selected "Horizontal preview" so the message preview appears at the bottom of the screen. However, each time I click a message to read it in the preview, the message list automatically scrolls to place the previewed message at the top of the list. Outbound and Inbound emails not working for codewhite.co
Hi, The mails have stopped working for past few days. I did check the DNS settings in my domain name providers account and the MX records was as specified as in Zoho Mail documents. I deleted them and added again. Now the Outgoing mails are working to other domains like gmail or any other custom domain. Mails in sent items which I have not sent
I have not used the mail ID for the past 14 months. Now I receive a notification in my alternate mail I'd that there is some activity in my account. I reset the password and logged in to find lot of mails in sent items folder which I have not sent. Please look in to the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

We now have a need for the email domain but the account we have documented as the superuser account is now disabled and we can't access mailadmin. Help! Google migration to Zoho failed
I recently swtiched from google suite to Zoho. I went through the DNS settings per the instructions. I had one email account with google prior to switching. I am able to add new emails under the domain on zoho and they work fine. The account I had with google says user not found when I try to migrate. The account no longer works with Gmail and I cant add to Zoho due to the error when I try to migrate. So the account is stuck in limbo....

Hello, I cannot seem to add 2 Zoho emails in the web version of Zoho mail. On the phone app it's as easy as can be. On the web, you have to chose pop3, I enter poppro.zoho.com as the incoming and port 995 or 110, for outgoing smtp I pick default Zoho server, or enter custom and enter the Zoho server info. No matter what I do I get unable to connect to the server. check your server details.
QQ Mail users can't recieve my email sometimes
Hi all. I am a user from China. I am using the free plan of Zoho Mail. A while ago, I sent an email to a QQ Mail user. Several days later, he told me that he didn't recieve any emails from me.
