Outlook client not syncing properly
We have 1 user that gets email on 3 devices - phone, tablet, Windows PC using Outlook The email is coming in fine on the phone and the tablet, but in Outlook her email is coming in sporadically - sometimes it will sync normally like her phone, but then other times when she checks her phone, she realizes that she has email that isn't displaying in her Outlook - she tells it to check for mail and the mail comes in. This has happened a few times and it eventually goes back to normal, but is there something
All my messages fall in span
All my messages that I send to any contact, in the service of my contact be it, gmail, hotmail or any other, always falls in the span. I do not send any kind of advertisement just for e-mail to the specific contacts for services or send any kind of attached image from outside.

Zoho CRM contacts Problem
Anyone having trouble reading CRM contacts in Zoho Mail. In my case, my CRM contacts don't appear in the iphone mail app. When I'm in the contacts tab in desktop Mail app I can only see personal contacts, not CRM contacts.

Mail Content is not active to type the main massage
Mail Content -the rich format is not loading at all or is in active. It is disabled and I am unable to type a main matter. The cursor is active up to subject input box after that it goes nowhere. No way to type the matter. Also, send button is not active.

Zoho Mail - Delay receiving e-mails on Gmail accounts
Hi, I am developing a website that uses Zoho Mail SMTP. It is used to send informative e-mails to the users and e-mails with links to verify the accounts and/or to reset passwords. But I noticed that some e-mails were being sent with a 4/5min delay. I started testing with 2 Gmail accounts and 2 Outlook accounts and realized the e-mails are sent in time to the Outlook accounts and the delay only happens on the Gmail accounts. Migration Takes too long
I have a folder I want to migrate that is about 16000 emails. The system migrates 200 emails and pauses for a long period of time and then starts up again with the next 200. This is really unacceptable. What can I do to speed up the process Thanks barry
