Tip #22: How to search and edit contacts from the Mail app
Looking for the easiest way to locate and edit a contact? Just use the search option to directly get to the contact. Steps to locate and edit the contacts: Select the contacts from the App dropdown, near search bar Type in the contact email address/ name that you want to locate and edit. From the 'Contact' results, select the contact you want to edit. Click edit, update the details and save the contact. Hope this tip makes managing your Contacts easier. Currently for choosing the paid plans we need to apply for all the users of domain. However in any organization rights may not be required to be same for all email users. Hence zoho shall allow availing the paid plans for any number of accounts of domain as the administrator need.

Search in new interface
Like probably many, I was forced into new interface on May 18. I use nested folders to organize my emails. In the old interface I'd do a search. Then put the cursor over the folder name - see below. And the full breadcrumbs path would popup. That feature disappeared in the new interface. It only shows the end folder, but no the full breadcrumbs path. By default the user who signs up first and sets up the domain becomes the Super Administrator. The Super Admin role has all the privileges across all the users in the organization. Super Administrator can manage users/groups, change roles, moderate emails and so on. domain : egmails.com

Hello, For some reason, emails that I have set to forward from my GMail account' rules to my Zoho address are delivered directly to my Zoho Trash folder. These emails are automated results from a Google Form that notifies me of new additions to my form. If I manually forward an email from GMail to Zoho, it's delivered correctly. Can you help?

Hi, I'm also using my domain to send newsletter and the company that provides me SMTP service requires me to add spf records to my domain's DNS. So now I need to add Zoho's spf records and this other one. My question is, can I add two SPF records to my domain? If not can I somehow merge the two? How can I get this work? Thanks

Mail is requiring cell phone verification, but I have multiple accounts
I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. Please let me know a work around to this, as I don't see any way to fix this. Thanks.

Message status (replied, forwarded etc.) not displaying in apple mail and on iphone
When I reply to an email, it would usually get marked with a little "arrow icon" that tells me that I sent a reply. About two weeks ago, this stoped working on my computer as well as on my iphone.
