Can I Sign Up With a Pen Name?
Hi, I asked this question directly to Support but since it was not an emergency question they haven't gotten back to me, and it's been about a week. Far as the Terms of Service are concerned, can I sign up with a pen name or do I HAVE to use my real name? Emails missing from Inbox, Sent Items and Drafts folder
Hello, The past few days i noticed that emails in my drafts folder have disappeared save only for 2. I thought that was weird, until i checked my sent folder, all messages before aug 12 no longer exist. No i did not delete them, i have been with zoho for the past two years. i checked my inbox, the same problem. emails before aug 12, all gone. my emails are ALL business critical. some people i haven't responded to, now i can't find the email. some emails i responded to and need to follow up, i can't

New emails stopped populating when using POP server
I have an account that just stopped populating my emails on different devices that were configured using the poppro.zoho.com server, yet I can see new emails when logged into web browser. Tried setting up new accounts on other devices and it will populate older emails but nothing newer than 5/16. Also tried the pop.zoho.com server. Same issue. Checked settings and couldn't find anything changed. Looking for ideas.
S/MIME Problems
Hello, I need to send S/MIME encrypted emails, but the recipient cannot open them. Working with certificate vendor Entrust Datacard they are saying the following: "After further investigation of the email header, we came to the conclusion that your email security appliance “Cisco Ironport” alters the email content in such a way that your certificate signature (that contains the hash of the message) becomes invalid. New User Interface is horrible!
This new user interface is the worst I have ever seen. Who are the complete morons that approved this? I am beginning to look for another mail provider now. This is flat out awful. Give us an option to have a nice clean simple interface. Not this nasty looking crap.

Hi Support, The customer is having issues setting this up on his laptop. He is using Windows Live. He said he can see the emails that have come through to info@npssecurityservices.com.au but he keep receiving a popup that asks him to enter his email address and password. When he fills it out, it pops up again. Do you know what the issue way be?

Notifications from Zoho Mail on iPhone
I'm no longer receiving notifications on my iPhone. I have the last zoho mail installed and i have enabled both app and settings push notifications. I have also tried to uninstall and install again and log in and off and no success. My iOS version is 11.3.1. I appreciate your help.
Email Address Pane Too Small
Hello Thanks so much for making the left menu collapsible and allowing the window to be expanded. It makes a big difference. However, the new addresses box is really, really bad. Can you make it the way it was before? Or expand it to FULL size? If you have 20 aliases then the email addresses are impossible to see as you hunt through them to find new emails. It's REALLY hard to see when new mail comes in. Thanks!

ADDING NEW USER GOES TO INVITATION LIST
Hi, I did set up a user on zoho mail. However recently while adding a new email address to the domain I have noticed that the email goes to invitation list. This happened when I added a user without the second name. However the user does not exist and I need to have the user created ASAP. I do not wish to share the domain details in public due to privacy details of the the client. Do assist me ASAP I need to have this fixed.

Email API authentication and misc questions
Hi, I am trying to use the email API and having some difficulty. The preferred authentication seems to be OAuth2 but this would appear to need a server component and I would rather everything work client-side. So first question is whether Zoho support OAuth2 in client-only mode (and without embedding the client secret in the browser!). How to delete a Bookmark created by another user? Currently as an admin I can’t delete or edit the bookmark. One of my users created a bookmark under a specific Group. Now, only he can edit or delete it. As an admin I can’t do anything except sharing and tagging it. As an Admin I must have the right to edit or delete it. Would you please integrate this feature? It’s a must have feature.
