If setup my account via autodiscover; EAS. i get problems with the folder synchronization. But at the other hand if i set my account manually via EAS. It's all working well. I don't see the feature of letting me know at a glance that I have already answered an email. I depended on the greed back arrow to let me know that I had already replied to a certain email. Am I not seeing this feature or do you have this??

As my title says, One of my client's email (Ben) keeps ending up in spam folder. I have been marking it not spam, moving it back to inbox. It would send all his mail into spam the next day. It's been like this for over a month now.

I have tried for 2 days to get the DKM and SPF to verify on a godaddy Domain. I am using a subdomain of an account that is already verified with zoho. The MX records verify ok but the DKIM and SPF will not. Any ideas??

Hello, Like a few other people, I'm not a fan of the new mail interface. I thought it might help to share a few concerns. And perhaps others can chime in with some ideas, too. My main issues are: 1. The far left menu (mail, calendar, tasks) takes up a lot of space. This space could be used to make the folders section much wider. The folders section is too small and narrow. 2. The drop down menu with email addresses at the bottom is HORRIBLE. For people with multiple accounts it's hard to scroll down

If you stroll through prior posts by their staff, regardess of what you want, regardless of what you hope to do, regardless of how unhappy you are with something they have done, their staff will assure you that they are "positive" you will end up falling madly in love with their choices. First off: the new UI SUCKS and Zoho's response to crisis is DENIAL. can't sign in - huge flaw in ZOHO mail
PLEASE can someone help me. I have been searching for over an hour but cannot find a solution to this. I have created a number of sub-accounts for my business. When I try to log in for THE FIRST TIME, it says the password is wrong. When I try to reset the password, it sends the reset link to the very email address which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a huge flaw in zoho mail. Where is the link to login and create a username for each account?
