How do you change your name next to your email address? You can change your name in settings but that does not affect the name that appears from the sender. HELP!??!
My domain is no longer available
I have a domain hosted by ZOHO "stratusdigital.co.zw". The past few days my domain name can no longer be found when I try to log into my email using the domain link. I can, however, log into my mail accounts when I go directly via the ZOHO login page. I am also unable to receive any emails but I seem to be able to send to some addresses. Not receiving email since morning
Hi, I have issued to receive incoming e-mails since morning. I sent some outgoing emails, it gone through under sent items and nothing in outbox. I have checked my storage is currently at 63%. Any idea how to diagnose it. It first time happen during my use with zoho. Cheers, Juno
Can't create domain alias
When I have added domain alias I got such error "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details" I wrote to support, but they don't respond over 2 days. Thanks for advice.

Dear Zoho team, Yesterday I logged into my ZOHO account. When I went to check my email it told me my account is inactive. Although I use this account every day. This week I was expecting an important email to arrive, all though it says account inactive. So, is there any way to re-activate my ZOHOMAIL account? Hello, I had setup DKIM about yesterday (10 hours ago), and it still is unable to verify. Every time I click on "Verify" button it gives me: "We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again." I have tried doing this multiple times, still does not work. Delete multiple addresses from spam whitelist
When I checked my spam whitelist I found it contains hundreds of unwanted entries. There are a few genuine contacts but most look very spammy. I have no idea how they got there. Something has added them without my knowledge. I'm trying to delete them but it is extremely slow. I deleted a few individually, But using the check boxes for multiple deletes didn't work. I just get a message saying 'Sorry we are unable to process your request'. There seems to be some sort of rate-limiting which slows down

I have new Zoho Mail forwarded to a GMAIL Account - this has worked fine for a few years until I started changing passwords due to Heartbleed - apparently I failed to update a recent Zoho password change in my gmail account - and even after updating the info I still get the following error message. Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password. After checking with the Mail Fetcher help in gmail it suggests ZOHO may not be supoorting POP3 access. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can't receive emails from my website
Hi, I can't receive emails from my website complancerkenya(dot)co(dot)ke. The mx records are successfully pointed to zoho and the email routing is set to remote. Despite all these no emails come through to support@complancerkenya(dot)co(dot)ke when sending through the contact form. I can send and receive no emails without any issue on the zoho platform. Program: FireFox v56.0 64bit Symptom: When attempting to login, (https://accounts.zoho.com/signin?signupurl=https://www.zoho.com/signup.html), after entering my username and password the page fails to redirect to ask me for my TFA confirmation code.
