No DKIM with outgoing email in Thunderbird
Hello, When I send my emails using Thunderbird , the outgoing emails (sent with smtp.zoho.com) aren't signed with DKIM. In the Zoho control panel DKIM is enabled and works fine. When I use Zoho webmail DKIM is sent with the mail. So apparently Thunderbird is the reason. I use Thunderbird 52.6.0 , mail.strictly_mime = true , text encoding outgoing email = unicode UTF-8 Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks!
Unable to subscribe to external calendar using iCal
I want to subscribe to an external calendar using a URL that links to an iCal ics file. (1) In the 'new' version of Calendar, the settings dialog is not available. There is a link in settings which should open the dialog, but nothing happens when you click it. (2) In the 'old' version of Calendar I was able to enter the URL of the external calendar. I got the message 'Calendar subscribed sucessfully'. But the calendar is not displayed. All I can see is my personal calendar. I have tested the iCal

Number of users in free plan vs paid plan
I currently have the free plan but I'm interested in upgrading to the standard paid plan. The only thing that is stopping me from upgrading is that on the standard plan you pay $24 *per user* annually (with a total combined storage of 30GB). In the free plan you can have up to 25 users for free, each with 5GB of storage. I only need a few users. Let's say 2 users. That means that I would need to pay $48 a year when I could have them for free on the free plan? Is my interpretation correct? It doesn't

I understand I can add Yahoo email account as POP in Zoho account. But I want to add yahoo as IMAP in Zoho.... that is I want to IMAP yahoo in Zoho just as I can IMAP in any email client (like Microsoft Outlook 2007, Thunderbird, etc) I want to keep in sync the send / receive emails at yahoo and zoho servers. I think it would be great if something like this is possible as most of the yahoo email users are sick of the interface and want to shift some another system.

Hi all, I'm trying to set my mail signature in the mobile app to shows the same as the desktop version but is not working. I set up everything correctly in the desktop version and everything works correctly. In the mobile phone the desktop signature is set up correctly as well but doesn't show anything in the preview and mail goes out withiut signature. I can see all my mail and folders in zoho mail website except one folder with about 200 mails. I can see them on my IMAC mail on my mac. Why aren't the folders synced?
Contacts not synchronizing to mobile device
I recently unlinked my android device from my zoho account, deleted all my contacts from my mobile device and zoho contacts, then imported my backup (a VCF file) directly into zoho contacts. This worked fine, all my contacts were restored there. I then re-linked my zoho account but the contacts were only partially synched: 80 out of 209. Any reason why this might be happening? The contacts to not contain any non-alphanumeric characters, apart from punctuation and hypens.

Hello! I registered to zoho and pointed my mx zones to the zoho servers. My domain is echocheats.xyz I can send email from zoho but if I try to send email to example payments@echocheats.xyz I can't. Unable to get an invitation email from my company to work on a project
Been having this issue for a couple of months now. My company has had me try to work a couple of online projects but the invitation to work it does not show up in my email account anywhere. All attached file names are changed to FileDownload (x) when downloaded
Using latest version of Chrome. All file attachments downloaded through the web interface change the names to FileDownload (x) where x is a number that increases with each download. Can't find any settings that would change this weird behavior.

I have problems (the email never arrives) when i try to sent email using php mail and use as a destination this email address (name@example.com) - hosted on Zoho If i replace the email address hosted on zoho with some gmail one in the same php script, i receive the email instantly. Migrated email content does not display correctly in Outlook for Mac
I'm using Outlook for Mac (version 16.11) & recently transferred emails from another provider to Zoho. It seems that the Mac version is not able to display migrated emails correctly. All the emails are missing the subject line, and are displayed as raw message, some having first line being "This is a multipart message in MIME format" with the rest of the email body displayed as raw multipart MIME message. All attachments on migrated messages have disappeared. All new email messages are displayed

Hello Currently zoho accounts cannot be added as pop 3 accounts to other and it's own mail client. I can login online to 1 account at a time, but if I try to add another zoho account as a pop 3 account it says cannot reach server. Try pinging poppro.zoho.com or smtp.zoho.com it fails.
