Unable to log in via mobile app, but able to log in on desktop/web
I was having this issue, a repeated issue which one of my user couldn't log in to his account via the zoho mobile app. This is the error: http://prntscr.com/iwu8zo "You need administrative permission to use this app" However, he was able to log in via desktop/web. To temporarily solve this problem, we had to reset the user's password and the next minute he could log in via mobile app. Any clue?
Not Receiving Email
Hi, I have two email accounts with Zoho, one is working and one isn't. The one that isn't receiving (or sending) emails is hello@sketchuphub.com This started happening at some point last night, as the last email I received was at 11pm. Not receiving SOME email
I have recently migrated to Zoho, and I'm using my own domain to manage emails. Currently I am using the free service. Given my experience to date I am not likely to upgrade as I was planning. My problem is that since a few days ago I'm not receiving email from some senders. Not all. Most email gets through. E-mail address suggetion in TO field by domain name
Hello, So it looks like that when I am writing an email address it only suggests an address from contacts if I am typing that address from start. But is it possible to edit somewhere in the settings so that emails are lookup also based on domains? Imageine someone asks me to send an email to SomeCompany - if the email starts with info@ then as I have a lot of info emails it not gonna suggest me the one that's in my mind :D But if I type something that is behind @ nothing shows up. Reach Zoho Mail notes from android
Is it possible to access my notes (these: https://i.imgur.com/iO3WgyV.png) from any android app? The notes app is displaying totally different things, meanwhile the zoho mail hasn't got anything similar feature (at least I couldn't find). Is there something I missed, or is the only method to see those notes is to open the browser, log in and check the notes? I rather like native apps instead of web ones, because they can use a lot more custom ways to make interaction easier :)

Reply-To header not set by a group
Is there a way to make the group set Reply-To header to the group address? Right now the header is not set, so clicking Reply button on IMAP client creates a new message to the original message sender. However, most commonly use-case scenario, adapted throughout mailing list community, is that reply, sends the response back to the group. Am I missing some configuration settings here, or this is not yet implemented?
Not receiving all email in Inbox?
I recently changed hosts for my site. When I did this, my email stopped working (which would be expected). I've followed instructions to add both mx records. Those seem to have been verified. However, my SPF is having problems being verified. It's been more than 72 hours since I made the edits in the DNS Zone Editor with my host (a2hosting). That said, I'm not getting all emails sent to me in this particular inbox. Help?
Cant recieve mails
I have recently shifted my hosting on 25th march 2018. I opened my zoho super admin to verify my domains only to find an email dated 23rd march 2018 of domain verification. ( i had purchased the new domain on 25th only.) Because of this the domain is already showing as verified. (attached screenshot) I am unable to see the zb code to add the cname to my cpanel. I have added the mx records as per directions and have verified that they are pointing to zoho server. Please guide me on how to get my mails

Unable to connect to SMTP server
I am unable to connect to smtp.zoho.com with my email client on my local computer. When pinging or trace routing the server, the request times out. I am also unable to ping imap.zoho.com and pop.zoho.com. I am able to connect to Google's SMTP and POP servers however, so I don't believe it's an issue with the ISP blocking mail servers.
Zoho email
I've tried to add one of my accounts to an email client (Polymail IMAP) and everytime I type in my email address and hit return, the app crashes. This happens on my Mac, iPhone and iPad. I don't know if this post is private or I'd include more info on the devices/software. Oddly, my second Zoho email account was added to Polymail with no trouble. How can this be resolved? Thank you.

Activate a deleted user?
We deleted a User but would like to activate them again however there is no option to undelete. If we try to create the user with the same email it says the user already exists. If this is not possible is there a way to see their un submitted expenses?
Trying to set up another account
I work with a number of clients. For some reason I have an account I was trying to set up for thehumanside.ca I want my client to be associated with it not me. Every time I try to set it up it says already assign to me in a different account. How do I get it to allow me to set up my client with out associating it to my password username?
Zoho free tier - POP/IMAP/Activesync no longer free?
So I verified a domain and created some users, none of the accounts are allowed to use POP, IMAP or activesync. So all I can use is apparently web mail, which makes it a non started. Is this expected behaviour? If I try and click on one it says that it is only available in paid plans. I have a couple of other free accounts which can use activesync, but this new account cannot. Can Not Receive Emails in Zoho - Working Perfectly Until I Updated Nameservers with Hostgator
Hi there, I was beginning to use Zoho mail & it was working great for a few days including the MX records, everything. I tested to ensure I could send/receive emails & that was working okay. I then purchased a hostgator account to begin building a website on this & updated the domains nameservers - i didn't change any MX records or anything. As soon as I done this, emails began bouncing & no longer working. I've tried to resolve this with hostgator to no avail. Can anyone help?
IMAP Setup in outlook for mac
Hi, I have set up IMAP mail on outlook for windows just fine and it works great but I tried to do the same for outlook for mac and I can't get it to work. I followed the same tutorial on this site with the same settings but it only receives not sends mail. I have searched online and the forums but cannot find a solution. I have attached screenshots of my settings and the error, as I say it receives mail but comes up with that error when I try to send. Thanks for any help in advance. Matt

Zoho SPF Softfail
All my email are going straight to junk on hotmail and I think it is because of the SPF record. The help file says to use this SPF record: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all Using this SPF record generates a "Soft fail". I looked into this and it is because the IP address is not specified. "~all" without an IP address is essentially saying all emails should soft fail. I sent a test email to see the IP and got 74.201.84.163. Is it right to use a SPF record like: v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ip4:74.201.84.163

Problems with email - quarentine/spam and Mail Delivery Status Notification (Delay)
the delivery of e-mail is occurring with problems, some messages sent have been classified as spam in the recipients email box, also I am also receiving the following message: "Mail Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" in the last week I successfully enabled dkim, however I use gmail integration with zohomail. I use gmail as an email tool but my MX is zoho. I have successfully added the zoho account in the gmail tool and my POP and SMTP settings in gmail are: Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com

Hello, the mails sended from my zoho account (@orvitur.co) are not being received on destination address if this adres is from any of the hotmail-outlook servers, I have setup SPF and DKIM as well, but theres no use, they're not received to inbox or spam. Hello, I've just subscribed for an annual Standard Plan, and i'm unable to add my domain (snconsulting.fr) a popup tell me to contact support. I created a free account a week ago and was able to add my domain i have even verified it with HTML verification and today it missing in my control panel.
